Thank you Abby. I have definitely over-cleansed in the past! I have oily skin and for years I thought I had to strip the oil from my face to prevent acne. I don’t do that anymore. I may have to try some of the products you use to see how they work for me.
Hi Abby! I used the Haruharu black rice barrier essence for the first time last night and I’m trying to figure out what just happened. I woke up and my skin looks Amazing! I suppose my skin isn’t terrible but I do get breakouts and the redness will take a while to go away. I’m also 51 so I have some hyperpigmentation. My skin tone looks a lot more even and brighter. After just one use! I’m shocked! Thanks for the recommendation! Happy Holidays!
Loved this video!! I was kinda confused about double cleansing and can I use oil cleanser if I have extremely oily skin? And if a use an eye cream, aha/bha toner and hyluronic acid, what’s the correct order to use them? Tysm
Hi Abby, just my two cents worth…. First, I love the haru haru too! BUT, I was surprised you topped everything off with a petroleum based product when everything else is “clean”. I know it’s easy and it works, I used Vaseline on my lips for many many years. It was a challenge to replace it, but happy I did.
Yep!! I know what you mean. I LOVE it though. I learned about it through a dermatologist. I talk about her and her studies and books ALL the time. I highly recommend checking this out.. its called "Skintelligent." It changed the way I view it :)
Hi! Thank you so much! And honestly no. I sometimes will use a BHA exfoliant before makeup but not often at all. maybe once every couple weeks when I notice I need it. But if you use the right products, you shouldn't need to exfoliate that often! I LOVE all the masks for Clarins. Xx Abby
