    I completely get this "not giving things enough time for them to show the actual results". What I find to work for me is to CHILL a bit with tracking the progress each day, but just make a plan, stick to it, follow each day how I feel instead of "are we there yet" kind of mentality, and the results must come. I see you're actually reading the comments, so thought this might help you knowing this pattern happens to the rest of us.

    Where is the difference between Typology and ilia skin tint? I'm always looking for something more skinlike Look instead of my estee lauder double wear, which makes me look a bit older, but covers up very good and keeps in place....

    • @abbyneff
      @abbyneff  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The biggest difference is that Ilia has SPF and Typology doesn't. I love Ilia and trust ehri ingrdients BUT they are based out of the US and Typology is from France. This means they have 1300 regulations within their skincare guidelines they have to pass to sell. In the US we have a fraction of that. So as far as quality, I feel like I trust both but Typology might be more concentrated. They're similar finishes.

    Hey! Love your videos 💕🩷
    Have you heard of dr. Mindy Peltz? She talks about fasting for women based on where they are on their cycle. I highly recommend trying out her protocols. Her book is called fast like a girl.
    I can relate to it being so easy to put on extra weight and hard to lose weight. But ever since I started doing her protocols for fasting, I've maintained my ideal weight! Bam, it's pretty easy too and I feel amazing!
    You cycle through fasting but never over do it so you don't stress out your hormones and by putting variety into the fasting schedule, your body stays in hormesis.
    I had a long battle with eating disorders and for a long time I wasn't ready to fast but now that I'm fully healed from that, I feel confident fasting in this way and it's supercharged my progress!! 😊

    It's too much cardio believe it or not. Try doing 3-5 lb weights full body 3 x a week to start. Muscle tone and body composition changes are what you are after. The good fats will help you not need to snack. So Higher Good fats need to be added in addition to the protein. It's the good fats that will keep u satiated. I was a personal trainer. Muscle tone burns more calories too. Consider hiring a trainer since this is for your profession as well as long term health. I love this look so pretty, thanks so much.

    Abby, I'd like you to consider lifting heavy weights - more than 8 - 10 pounds and slowly cutting back on the extra bike workout for cardio. I've learned tons about how weight training can transform my personal fitness goals. And, transform my body composition. This is way more than being skinny.
    I'm a prior fitness instructor and while I'm quite a bit older than you, I know the feeling you're experiencing. Weight Training was the answer for me!

    • @abbyneff
      @abbyneff  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Okay I have a q for you because I used to have a proper gym membership and I felt like when i would work out my body with higher weights and fatigue them, I would plump up and look bulky. I know they say that wont happen but I can literally see it

    • @mallorydurrick
      @mallorydurrick 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@abbyneff . So bulk is different than muscle definition. If you carry extra weight that you don't want, and build muscle, you might notice it as bulk. But if you remain slim you'll notice the muscle is defined and strong. Stretching is very important here to lengthen the muscle. You're not body building. You're strength training but with weights. You can also use resistance bands. I used to think like you're thinking but shifted my mind set and started strength training about two years ago. I am not body building. I slowly built up from 8 and 10 pounds and now I'm up to 20 - 30 lbs. Sydney Houdyshell here on TH-cam has amazing workouts you can try and she'll talk about this very thing. I did her summer program and now I'm doing her strong program. I cannot believe the difference it's made and I am NOT bulky. But, it's changing the way my body looks and most importantly feels. Maybe check it out and see if it works for you. I also cut back on Cardio. That was hard to do but you'll sweat and your heart rate will rise with strength training. Your body can't make the distinction between the two so you'll still get that feeling like you get from Cardio. Look up the importance of progressive overload. It's a game changer. And be sure to continue eating like you're eating. That's great!
      I hope this helps.
