I know you said it but it took me a few tries to actually notice you are holding the home button.

I did all steps. The loading bar on iPad was loading until iTunes msg popped up stating iPad cannot be found. Now iPad is stuck in recovery mode. How to fix this? Keep in mind I was doing hard reset due to child disabling my iPad.
