Great video - thanks for taking your time to compare these Ring Doorbell devices. I have read and it looks like, from your video, that the image quality is worse than the older model with removable battery, and I cannot understandf why Amazon decided to replace the rechargeable battery with a device which means you have no doorbell whilst it charges - seems like a daft idea. Does it come with a angled wedge (I have that on my exsting doorbell)?

Do you find the simplicity of the hook release to actually be a thief magnet? Is the hook proprietary?
Do the fixing points line up between the new and old bracket?
