    Beef (thinly sliced) - 400g
    Onion (sliced) - 1pc
    Ginger (sliced) - 4pcs (about 20g)
    Garlic - 4 cloves
    Green onion - optional (garnish)
    Unsalted butter - 25g
    Kelp / Bonito sauce - 100ml
    Water - 200ml
    Soy sauce - 30ml
    Mirin - 70ml
    Sake - 45ml
    Sugar - 4 tsp
