你好！個魚湯嘅來源有兩個，如果你唔想麻煩可以直接買現成嘅魚湯。（史雲X嗰啲） 如果唔怕麻煩又想好味啲可以自己買個魚頭或者魚尾處理乾淨之後，用油爆香乾蔥蓉之後落魚頭用慢火煎到佢金黃色。贊白酒。之後贊熱水落去。冚蓋，用中大火煮佢20至到30分鐘。 有機會我會拍片示範，多謝支持！
