I've done it with my Delta Pro but the Delta 2 Max might not have the start-up amps. But during the time of year when this video was recorded, it was cold outside - no need to try the A/C
I've got the Delta 2 Max being charged by the EF Alt Charger and running an Iceco JP40d Pro and charging 2 smartphones, a tablet, and a camera. If I drive 20-25 minutes a day it will stay charged indefinitely. With zero driving the battery will last about 3 days. So far, I dig it.
I used the Delta Pro with extra battery and Ecoflo generator. Ran AC at night while we were sleeping. AC Ran all night. The generator didn't start up until I told it to the next day. However, I could have set the auto start to come on at a different battery percentage if I wanted to.
that a great system. go threw the solar input data. find max voltage. then read max open circuit voltage on your panel. see if you can series connect more than 1. if you can do a test with more solar input. also with the EcoFlow check them both with a AM radio for noise. also HF radio. lot of RV people may listen to AM radio.
I am a newbie at this, but I have question: at around 8:55 in this video you show a rather long green extension cord between your ecoflow and yet another (I assume long) extension cord going to your camper. Wouldn't that induce a voltage drop (at 110v 30a)? Wouldn't be best to just plug either a shorter jumper cable or just plug your camper extension cord straight into the ecoflow? I would feel like you loose more watts in that green rolled-up cable than everywhere else in your rather optimized setup. Again, I know nothing about such things, just asking.
I thought of that too. First, the cord to the camper is the heavy duty 30A cord that I always use between the camper and shore power. Second, I replaced the long extension cord with a shorter 30A adapter a couple of days after this video. So far I see little difference but it's probably a good idea to keep the cords as short as possible.
so I’m still learning, would it be possible to run my trailer off of the house batteries and have this 2000 watt power bank plugged into my trailer with the same set up you are using and turn it on when I want to top of my house batteries?
I want to plug my delta 2 direct into my camper van via the 15 amp external plug any issues only for small Engle fridge and power outlets I’m in Australia
Don't buy another battery. Buy the Eco flow generator it will automatically start and charge your batteries, and that is a DC to DC charging system for the batteries. More efficient.
Great video. Texas hunter as well and the Eco is the way to run a RV, especially the big one. 🤠
EcoFlow Alternator charger is a game changer!!!
I recently found that on Amazon - going to check it out
My regular ecoflow delta can run my 13500btu rv ac without a problem with the converter turned off
Thanks for the video. We just picked up the delta 2 max, 2 extra batteries and the new 800w alternator charger.
Good choice!
ech flow can run an ac in an rv
it just needs to be a 2000 to 3000 watts with 600 wat solar panels hooked up
i do it all the time

What model generator?
Ecoflow Smart Generator
In the Premiere, I asked about EcoFlow acting as a ups. The River series advertises
The River series is their smaller boxes, I have the River 2 Pro. I'll check about UPS usage
@@UNPLUGD the River 2 Pro is what I would get. $200 discount right now.

Good idea
Max out the solar input with more panels.
Indeed

You are less than 200ft bud. 200ft above you will experience voltage drop. I’m a 24 year J-Man Electrician and I always use the 200ft rule. 🤠

It should be

I'm trying to get ahold of one of those
Crazy thing, recently someone sold theirs on Facebook Marketplace around me.
Are frank, mike, and other Jason out hunting with you?
No, they're not lease members
Why can't ur ecoflow run ur ac? I thought it could do so even without a soft start.
These Delta 2 batteries don't have a 30-amp RV plug. I have used the Delta Pro battery to run the A/C and it works fine
@@UNPLUGD Gotcha. Thanks for replying.
What about using the 110-30 amp adapter? Will that not work on these? @@UNPLUGD
