He says it's a stupid concept. But I bet his favorite glock is A 19X or a 48 or 1 of those weird cross over one's yet a man doing it long before it was a thing is stupid?
@@leemitchum7498 I have several Glocks, my favorite glock though is a 19😂 I have a 19X also and I love the trigger on it, but my first glock was 19 gen 4 so I kinda have a soft spot for the 19
Just so everyone gets why the cut glock frame; we didn't always have as many small models and in the vein of the classic "guttersnipe" conversions on early S&W autos, it was very common early 90's to see a G17 frame cut to G19 length or a G19 cut to 26 length. The shorter grip is easier to conceal, it's the grip or butt that prints, but the longer slide makes actually hitting what you're shooting easier. Don't need to explain sight radius.
Since im homeless my pillow side safety is a Smith and Wesson. M&p shield 2.0 10mm. I found it through less than ideal conditions at a price i could afford. Had a friend order the ammo for me. I sleep in sketchy spots and parking lots. Ill definitely take a charge before being killed for my vehicle, that i live in.
The more I watch these videos the more I get the feeling that "the collector" doesn't actually know much about what he buys. He is so unsure of so much stuff that he's using for self defense. It's like he buys stuff just to have a collection, without really learning much about what he has or why buy it beyond adding to a collection. 1. Racking a shotgun to scare intruders off, or thinking that just racking a shotgun will scare intruders off is peak fuddlore. Shotguns already have a super low capacity, so leaving it empty puts you at a disadvantage. Plus a pump action is more complicated to use in a stressful situation. I've seen trained Marines forget to pump a shotgun on a flat range, now put them in a situation where they've shot someone for the first time, think they'll not freeze up and forget what to do? Take a shooting class. 2. A single action only revolver?! Have fun getting shot while you fumble with re-cocking the hammer every shot on, again, an extremely low capacity and more complicated to use firearm. With all the guns in the collection, this is just irresponsible. Hope the light switches are close by too, bedside guns should have lights because you're most likely going to need them when it's dark and if you aren't identifying what you're shooting at, you shouldn't be shooting. Take some shooting classes. 3. Revolvers will break and jam. To think otherwise shows a lack of training and following fuddlore. Take some classes. 4. The way the collector talks about this glock 19 is like he's repeating the same story he was told at the gun store to get him to buy this. He doesn't fully understand the reasoning, but it's "different" and has a story so why not add it to the collection? The reason for cutting down a 19 to a 26 size grip is to make it more concealable, but giving the shooter a rail to mount a light and having a slightly longer barrel and sight radius. It was often done to a size that fits 26 magazines, and would have been carried with 26 magazines when concealment was more important, but a backup magazine could have the extension to give a better grip. Another example of someone with a big voice talking about things they don't know. And the dude in the green shirt getting so upset about something he doesn't understand just adds to the stupidity. Take some classes. 5. How does a dude who devotes so much time and money into guns not know about Gaston Glock dying? That was everywhere for weeks. 6. FN (not FO) 509 is the best thing seen so far. He says it's missing the light so hopefully he actually has one on there. And still, he doesn't know the magazine capacity of his life saving tool 7. Again, not having a light, and not having the ability to identify what you're shooting at is incredibly irresponsible and just stupid. Saying that having a light gives away your position is also pure fuddlore. Stop it. Take classes and stop spreading this terrible mentality. 8. What exactly is "custom built" on a stock looking Radian Model 1? Maybe the trigger is aftermarket, but throwing an optic, light, laser, and suppressor on the gun doesn't make it a "custom build". All that money invested, all the other stuff in the collection, and even knowing you were going to shoot this specific video and you haven't thrown a stock on a registered SPR? Seems weird. It's also "one to six" not "one by six" it's a range of magnification. And how do you not know the manufacturer of the suppressor? This again looks like he buys stuff just to have it, but doesn't actually care enough to learn what it is. Also, you're shooting a video! Stop, read it, then resume filming instead of making yourself look dumb for not know what you're spending your money on. These videos and this collection really does come off like it's by someone who likes guns, but would rather been seen as just having a big collection of stuff others don't have, but not someone who actually is proficient and knowledgable about them. Its as if the item is more important than the skill and knowledge. Instead of spending 30k on guns in a month, go take a bunch of classes and show your audience you know what you have and how to use them.
This is my first time seeing either of these guys, and clearly neither of them truly know what they’re doing or what they’ve purchased. Clearly more the collector than a true enthusiast.

My bedside gun is a Hatfield Pump. 4+1 with 8 rounds on the stock. Loaded up with 4 -00 buckshot, 6 - 00 buckshot & 2 slugs on the stock. It's currently my only firearm because I can't afford the finer things in life. Currently looking at and saving for a Taurus G3 for my EDC & bedside gun. Not my dream gun but it's what I can afford. It'll get the job done. I use to have a Taurus PT111 G2 as my edc & bedside gun.
I'm always impressed with all of both the Collectors videos and gun collection. Like I always say, if I get lucky enough to hit either tonight's Powerball jackpot of $935 million dollars, or tonight's Super Lotto jackpot of $22 million dollar jackpot, I would totally live that man's life. As far as my personal 2 bedside gun's go, I have my Winchester 1300 12 guage pump action 7:32 shotgun with a pistol grip and tube attached tactical flashlight. My other bedside gun is an H&K USP 40 S&W with glow in the dark adjustable night sights and a tactical Streamlight flashlight/laser combo attached underneath the barrel on the picatinny rail. I would live and die by those 2 firearms. They are my 2 personal favorite's for home defense. I'd like to wish the Collector, his family and entire crew, along with everyone in TH-cam land a happy, safe and blessed rest of the Easter holiday.🐇🙏 Take care everyone!😀
Thank God the governor of Florida just signed a law that if you use a gun in self defense and it gets confiscated, the police has 30 days to return your gun after you request it. So now you can have your favorite gun next to your bed for home defense.

Winchester SXP Defender with 00 buck, Taurus G3C with red laser and 17round mag and also a Delton Echo 316l with a Sig Romeo 5. All 3 pretty much within arms reach.
Americans like to picture these scenarios and feel like they're John Wick. In South Africa, your chances of someone actually breaking into your bedroom are a lot higher than wherever this guy lives and I can tell you, the last thing you want is a loaded revolver on top of your nightstand or a shotgun on the floor next to your bed. The second someone enters that room you're as good as dead

I have an old 1974 Remington 870 shotgun under the bed. Sig 226 on the nightstand and a AR-15 Geissele URGI, Radian lower, Eotech holographic sight with a Cloud Defensive weapon light next to my bed. Meaning to get a Beretta 1301 to replace the 870.
Sometimes my A.R. usually my Mossberg 500 it's got a 8 round tube and I have a Glock 17 is wedge in a mattress handle with a sheet hiding it I pull out the 3OO black out not very often I really like my arrow precision 556 that is my go to I'm lucky to afford that
He was mis explaining the cut down glock. Its a 19 with a handle cut down to a glock 26 handle length so that way if you put a standard 26 mag in it then its more concealable, then if you put the extended 26 mag in it you get the feeling of a full grip. Its purely for concealment with standard 26 mags but the longer slide and barrel of a 19 for better accuracy. People do the same thing with 17s so they have a full-length slide with a more concealable 19 length grip.
So not a huge Glock fan but the modded 19 is basically a G26 with a 0.5" longer barrel but it also has the rail option which the 26 doesn't offer. When I upgraded my backup from a hammerless s&w revolver to a sub compact I actually had a similar mod done bc for me the 26 even with an extension was to small & off duty I liked the option to carry a light so it fit multiple roles for me. Some may ask why I went with(this was early to mid 2000's) Glock honestly 2 reasons the agency I worked part time for you had to buy your own weapon & primary had to be 40 sw & bu min 9mm, so if I had to bet I would say 80% of reserves in area & state carried Glocks, 15% carried Sig's(mainly 226&229) and 5% carried another brand like Ruger or S&W. The second reason back in that time frame wasn't many common options but I knew a lot of guys had Glocks so for me if it came down to needing a bu or mag I had a good chance someone had a Glock mag vs Sig. Though I love my Sig and for me I shot better with it yes little heavier
I know lots of comments have been made, and I'm gonna ad one more. It's good to see the other dude being himself. Forget his name, sorry. But it is nice to not have him hamming it up. Obviously not a kids channel, so I never understood the TH-cam "extra" he always puts on. Be yourself my guy, you obviously know your stuff. THIS type of banter is appreciated.
@elijahmerrill9045 To us Americans, seeing europeans and non-american helpless and not being able to defend their homes from invaders is parody LOL this is why europe is being taken over by musIims and africans 🤣
Bedside? 19X with 27 in it and a handheld Surefire G2X-MV so I can see what I'm shooting at. That's important with family members in the house. It used to be a TLR-1HL weapon mount, but that moved to my carry gun and I haven't grabbed a replacement yet. Theres also a SuperNova Tactical just in case. My table gun is a model 15 revolver, just because I love it, and if that 6 rounds can't get me to one of the others, I have some bigger issues.
Logic seems off with the shortened Glock a bit...but it seems like it is more for CC...? Isn't the effective range of a .300blk 100 yards...subsonic? Might want to find a 8.6blk for up too 300 yards range for that 200 yard hallway? That said I like the guns! Might go for a Maxim 9 and a boom box when it comes out? I wouldn't be opposed to having a JW4 Dracarys Gen-12 shotgun either...
Yes cutting down a 19x to a 26 is completely ridiculous if you run a mag extension on it, it’s like have a 19x/45 and then putting a x300 or TLR1 size light on it 🤦🏻.
My wife likes a revolver and a simi automatic 12ga for home defense. Me I like my pump shotgun and my 11.5 AR loaded with 74gr critical defense. My 18 year old son has his own collection. We’ll be prepared, hopefully we’ll never have that situation but you never know.
Used to be a g19 bedside for me but I threw that into a roni so now I use either my g22 or g30 as bedside pistol. Mp15 AR or Mossberg Cruiser 12 gauge for secondary. I live in apartments though so the AR is prob not a good idea.
You should just move your bed into the gun room then you would have plenty of bedside guns
Not totally the worst idea
You're... not wrong
🤣
Sometimes too many options is not good you could stall lol.
BEST ANSWER of the video.
Isn’t a cut down Glock 19 a Glock 26? Asking for a friend…
Yeah doing that was really dumb🤣
It’s actually not really dumb. It’s a Glock 26 with a light rail on it. It’s what peoples been asking since the beginning of the G26.
Also, a 19 has a longer slide/barrel than a 26. 19 is considered a “compact,” while 26 is “sub-compact”

Yes but these are home defense guns. Why in the fuck would you prefer a smaller gun when concealment isn’t a factor

Love the FN 509 tactical, same one I have minus the suppressor. I like the 24 +1 round mag for mine though.
Maybe a fence. Bedroom shoot out so OK Corall. Cool❤
I got a mossberg 590 12gage shot gun with 8 rounds plus one. 9 rounds with heat shield with ghost ring sight. I love mines
In my nightstand is a Springfield XD-M Elite with red dot and flashlight.
Im from Europe. I didnt even knew that there is such a thing. And you guys have 6 and those are just the favorites 😅
Stock G17 ameriglo sights, 33rd mags, & PSA Sabre with dot & light 🔥🔥🔥🔫
I got a mossberg 590 12G and Glock 43X MOS with a holosun 407k and Anderson 5.56 with vortex crossfire 2 with a magnifier x3 and protack light
I don't have time to play around, I have the Dillon Mini with the back pack Ammo feed system. Just in case.
The thing about a light is, you don't have to turn it on. It's there if you need it.
The g3 will more than likely go bang if you need it to, but save a few more dollars and get you a S&W shield plus for 399 or less
True to life Omega Man! After i saw that for the 1st tym i was hooked.
I love your armory setup
Handcuffs for the bad guys?..."sure" 😂😂😂😂
To most of the world, this is parody.
I’m American and am into guns, and it still seems like parody
@elijahmerrill9045 To us Americans, seeing europeans and non-american helpless and not being able to defend their homes from invaders is parody LOL this is why europe is being taken over by musIims and africans 🤣
you must be european, you are parody to us Americans lol
@elijahmerrill9045 Europeans are a parody for us Americans 😂
@elijahmerril9045 USA is the world, who cares want tiny irrelevant weak countries think of mighty USA lol
The Glock 19 cut down is like taking a f150 and removing the bed, extended the cab and putting seats in it and calling it an expedition lol
Glock looks like the work of Bowie Tactical out of Ohio. Great dude.
It’s a cut down 19x which has a Glock 17 frame that’s longer than the 19 👍
That Glock looks good!
Mr. Collector I’m sure you have every firearm under the sun but checkout the FN 509 LAPD edition.😎
I didn’t think it was any different then the regular one or maybe ur talking about one I’ve never heard of
i my self have a keltec nect to my bed!! love your context!!
Mine is a Sig Sauer p226Legion downstairs HK USP 45
Cool.. Bedside guns, I never heard it put that way.. All I have is a baseball bat near my bed and don't exactly live in Disneyland..
686 is a thumper it gets the job done im just so good with my 19 that a usually has my AR or a 19 or my 45x which is my 19 slide on 19x lower .
Smith and Wesson SD9 2.0 and my pappy's old Remington 870 Wingmaster :D
.300 Blackout ar pistol with light, shotgun with the side saddle and a light.
My Walther Q4 SF or my Sugar Weasel in 300 BO. Waiting on my can
Any real American's wet dream is this guys whole house and gun collection!
You should probably have more HK pistols and rifles with your budget. I would collect armor and ammo aswell
Bedside I got a mean wrist rocket slingshot!
Hellcat Pro w/ tlr 7 sub. 10.5 in psa ak-p w/ Sig Romeo red dot and a bunch other cool goodies on it
Could've just bought a glock lower and add the wolves billet adapter that slide onto your G19 slide to filled the gap of the recoil spring
My personal bedside choice is the Beretta a300 :D
The More compact the handgun is, the more recoil you will feel
Got a mk18 MOD 0 by my bed side, Glock 17 w RMR 🔥🔥
I agree it’s stupid it’s the same length with the mag so it doesn’t make it any easier to conceal
Yes cutting down a 19x to a 26 is completely ridiculous if you run a mag extension on it, it’s like have a 19x/45 and then putting a x300 or TLR1 size light on it 🤦🏻.
I have a Smith & Wesson 5.7x28 with a silencer co-switchback suppressor and 10.5 inch 300 blkout with an omega 45k silencer co-suppressor
Damn right we pissed us off doing that to that Ruger revolver!🤬👊🏻
Guarantee you, no one is breaking into this man’s house hahaha
