Thanks Oleg, I think your videos have the most visual demonstration, while your thoughtful words on the screen really help convey the message. I still watch all the coaches though because everyone has different tips, but still yours are especially helpful.

This video was a light bulb moment for me!! I couldn't hold my outside edges for ages, I kept falling off the edge as I went around the lobe. But what I learned here and didn't realize, is that the torso/body/core is kept strong and always facing directly down the line/axis. This WAS the key for me! After doing this with my upper body, my feet, shoulders, hips did what they were supposed to do and voila I now have great outside edges. Thank you Oleg you are AWESOME!!!!

I'm still working on leaning on my edges. But I think I'll watch Episode 3 first. Thank you so much about your big idea regarding progress. It's very encouraging to be reminded about being optimistic and never giving up. I used to compare myself with other skaters and realized the importance of focusing on my own personal progress and working on what I can control. In this way, I don't expect myself too much. Now, I'm seeing a big difference; I am improving both in skating and in different aspects of life. Thanks you so much Oleg. Hoping to meet you and Niki in person someday.

Hi Oleg! Thank you for another helpful video. I was just telling my coach the other day I would like to improve my edges. You have provided yet another tool for my toolbox. =)
If I could make a request, could you do a how-to on the USFSC 8c - combination move and the mazurka?
