No, sir, you're correct. Generally, with model homes the landscaping will block the garages, which are being used as workspaces for sometimes, the sales reps or the construction crews. Once the home goes up for sale or under contract, preparations will be made for clearing out the garage and getting the driveway poured.

I've started adding commentary throughout my latest videos to test it out and see how it goes. Some of the builders I've added floor plans here and there, and others have made it a little challenging to add. With the inventory homes there's a link that outlines the entire home and community, which also includes the floor plan. But I'll continue to work through the challenges. The only thing that could possibly make these wonderful videos better is lofi instrumentals and lower third graphics telling what part of the house is being shown
I love Lofi instrumentals but I believe there are copyrights to those. I usually put descriptions to the rooms in my videos, but on this one, I wanted the home to speak for itself. But maybe it wouldn't have distracted too much. 😁 But thanks my friend! Glad you liked it!

I just want everyone who is thinking about buying toll bros that not everything you think is included like locking bedroom door handles and cabinets in the laundry room , and no screen door , also no mantel for the fireplace no garage door opener these things came with our other house we built for just over 200k but none of these items came with 800k house with toll bors , oh no linen closets either .

couple of pointers for these home tours 1. No one cares about close up shots of furniture and decor. this is a time waster and this video should not have been 20 minutes long. people have the attention span of fish and want to hurry up and see the house, not the staged furniture that wont even come with it. 2. The transitions from being in one room and then all the sudden being in a different room gives us viewers zero idea of how the floorplan of this house works. take us through the hallways. dont clip videos and paste them together. its confusing and viewers are curious about the layout. 3. if a house has a backyard, just film it while youre on the first floor instead of going up and then coming back down and out. this video shouldve really been 10-12 minutes long.

As someone who watches endless home tour videos on TH-cam and does social media marketing, I just wanted to provide honest critique from the viewers perspective so your business can be even more successful than it already is. 10-12 minutes is about the average most viewers will stay if the video is even interesting. The furniture and decor beat-roll shots are huge time wasters because the audience is here to buy a house, not the furniture that doesn’t even come with it. Giving too much attention to those items can confuse the audience into thinking it is more important than it actually is. And floor plans are huge! Already saw a comment asking about it. Saw another one ask about the furniture to which the response was that the furniture is not available. My favorite channel is by Enes who does an awesome job at retaining viewers attention, which is why his videos are even successful if they’re over 20 minutes. I bring his name up hoping it leads to an opportunity for you to research what other real estate content creators are doing well. It’s all about viewer engagement and entertainment. People don’t care about cool video transitions and edits for real estate. They like cool houses shown by a friendly realtor they feel is trustworthy and knowledgeable and in order for that to happen, the engagement builds that bond. Gotcha. It was actually 33 minutes long and probably the biggest project I've ever worked on. I trimmed a lot of fat off it. But, it's a day-by-day trial and error learning process. I'll get the hang of it, though. Again, appreciate the feedback. 😉
