- In this video, I will tell you about my experience having a summer job in a Greek party island, Kos. What was it like working and living abroad as a young adult?
It all started in 2001, when a friend and I decided to go to the Greek island of Kos to work for the summer and took a leap into the unknown. This trip turned out to exceed all my expectations and the experience changed the course of my life.
Hi, my name is Leena. I am from Finland and I live with my family on the sunny island of Rhodes in Greece. Welcome to my channel, where we get to know the island of Rhodes together, as well as authentic and traditional Greek life, its customs, foods, culture, religion and beliefs.
At the same time, you get to join our family's life and everyday adventures in Rhodes. Our small stone house is located in the countryside, where the production of electricity and hot water is completely dependent on our solar panels.

That was fascinating. It just captures you, the whole essence of Greece. I always felt the same when I visited.I was in Kos a bit before you, 1997 and always thought it was like the baby sister to Rhodes. Keep the videos coming, I don`t watch tv at all so it is so nice to hear about your everyday experiences in Rhodes, where part of me will always be!

Wow printed photos, cool. At the beginning of the video I thought you were gonna say that you had this big need to party but ok traveling is fine too. Those were the days. I spent there almost 6 months back in 2007 and even if it's not exactly the same period I kinda get the vibe you're describing. Nice video.

Is very important for us ,the future visitors in Rhodes, to understand what You had said, but in the same time admire your accent and the sincerly smile. Hi I like your channel. I was just reminiscing about my trips to kos and wondering about the Heaven Club. Then a few hours later your video pops up and you are flipping through the book and I see the Heaven Tickets. Thats crazy. Maybe I will go there this summer again been a long time.

Loved this video. I had wondered where you were from and how you ended up in Rhodes. This helped answer those questions. I was also curious how long it was after your summer in Cos until you went to Greece again. I have only been following you a short time and haven't seen all your videos yet.
