      I think some simple things like l, more music to match the gameplay, some funny commentary from the enemies like waaaayyyy back in Rainbow six Vegas 2 lol. Stronger sound affects, some destroyable environment affects. Would also love some deeper customization

      Always wondered why the agents never had names.
      Also, wouldn't it be nice to have a Ghost Recon Division Crossover ? (Ghost Division)
      Agents didn't leave Keener in the dark zone. JTF did. So deal with them. Not killing agents. But Keener is a super Narcissist and semi delusional

      remove expertise lol. more customizable gears guns camos clothes fixe the back pack straps too much gap on some vest. to be honest ghost recon wildlands and breakpoint are better on customizable stuff. new hud more activities on the open world i mean more enemies walking around doing something new factions remove the annoying Hyenas period. more rogue agents on the open world.

    Oh man I miss that old New York map. The snowfall and skyscrapers. D2 just never has given me that same feeling as the one I got when I was playing D1. That atmosphere was a huge part of what it was all about.

    I've always wanted more stealth mechanics. Especially stealth melee takedowns.

      imagine a full-fledged threat/detection stat thats observable/managable to the player while incombat and then we have talents that can interact with that
      kind of like the "behind you" talent but actually cool

      Imagine being able to pull off an epic melee takedown in the heat of the moment - that rush of adrenaline as you take out your opponent with one swift move. It's the kind of mechanic that can elevate a game to the next level, and I'm really hoping they include it, even if it means having to wait for a cooldown. In my opinion, it's an absolute must-have feature for any game like this.

    The problem is, in real life shoot a gun with a suppressor within 100m outside and indoors your cover is blown. Even with a suppressor the gun is still loud

      Agreed. That being said, I do wish we had the ability to do stealth kills.

      Loud, yes. But the area that the shot was taken from isn't entirely obvious, especially with subsonic (honey badger, MP5, etc) or handgun rounds. Stealth takedowns should be silent if done when the NPC is alone. But currently I can shoot someone across the map with a suppressed rifle and even the bots with multiple structures breaking line of sight beeline to my last location.

      ​@@unsupportedultra u can already do that.. it's about motion movement more than gun shooting. The game has a head count is they're alerted so fast . But you can move and delete foe without being seen . I have done right in the open ..

    These changes would essentially remove build mechanics from the game.... a lot of us play for the build variety and experimentation. Removing builds would absolutely destroy the game. I'm not saying it doesn't sound like a cool idea... but it definitely isn't The Division.

      They should minimize builds . Not get rid of them. Making them hard to get or craft material basis. Mad genius in builds is part of what makes div series different.. making a raid builds through craft is what folk want.

      @@l3tme545 you don't need a "Raid build".... I have over 4000 hours and 15000 shd levels in Div 2 and will tell you with absolute certainty that raids can be done with a variety of builds. "raid builds" are a joke. The only content you actually need a specific kind of build for is Hunters... no skill builds for Hunters. Anything else in the game can be done with pretty much any build. I had people tell me "you can't do raids with skill builds" and then I've proceeded to make them look useless. There's no need to "minimize builds" they need to update a few gear brands that aren't used in Div 2 n that's about it....Well maybe a few exotics could use some changed as well... But this post was about the video... if I wanted to play Ghost Recon I'd go play Ghost Recon not ruin The Division.

      @@lunchboxs197 the whole point of raid is to use the best build. How many hours you have shd and etc mean very little in that. With directives anybody can have those merits in 2 weeks. How you use such build matter. How you create it matter. The synergy matter . How it helps your team mates matter . "Of course improvisers is the answers" yes it true !!😄. But You can't just use anything. That's a very very wide statement to make . Yes, I'm going to tell you just that .☕...
      . Let see alot of you talk that mess ,Build don't matter in raid, because synergy's and communication is every. They end up dead on screen . To many solo warriors. They need to challenge the gamer in things . Ways of play. This is why those little events are keeping the game alive .!! Buildsmatter and the type. . . I disagree with just tweek some brands . You gotta know how to use em!! The purpose. All of sudden useless. The builder maniac in you is not here. The mad scientist is gone. Let's use hunter set build and call it day.( Let's not forget to blame the devs for nerfing them to deep showls.). Ur talking to someone who beat raids and many legendary events with hard core agent using mk 20 rifle . In rk gear!!!... That who ur talking too, thelegend himself. The master of regain!! No body knew until I showed them. And my name ? you should know it if ur using regain builds and 1 shot rifles and marksman. 1 shot pistolos. But enough . ..the game has so many bugs and Etc.. But I dislike the devs and direction the game is going . The children and family of tom clancy franchise need to be more involved.
      Real lovers of the divisions books and otherwise. Have written to them to be involved. Have you written them ..don't go silent just yet. ??. We're have wat done here .. Ghost recon stuff in division. Why not just play ghosts. I haven't bought it.!! They don't want that rpg formula and build formulas, because they think it problematic.. they're making the same mistakes as other games ,listening to 12 yr old teeny booper give us ghosts recon mechanics. Give us stealth kills, give us the shadowloo akuma red fireball dash!! Everything dead nobody seen a thing . Capitol legendary finished stealth grade À++++++ higher than metal gear solid grades . Any one older than 12 within a valid rpg build mechanics opinion in honesty ,is a heretic and a Boomer by the masses .solution . They need to make gear creatable. The survivor elements.       @@l3tme545 I legitimately tried to read your rant but... It's borderline incoherent. How many hours I've played and SHD levels directly correlate to how much experience I have in the game. I am predominantly a solo player, I've solo'd every available legendary missions (with 5 directives at times), I've run every possible build variation I could think of, from all red all blue all skills and mixed... Gear sets.. everything. The concept or "raid builds" is from elitist fools, same fools I've seen streaming while using copies of my builds. You can play nearly all content in the game up to heroic (which raids are just below, raids sit between challenging and heroic) with practically any build or gear set while solo or in group. Legendary content is different. Solo playing legendary requires knowing what's coming and being prepared. The unpredictable engagements are Hunter, they are also about the hardest PvE content available. You need to sloe down and test more builds.
      As far as unused gear brand... 5.11 is a good example. Other than Death Grips I rarely see anyone using 5.11 in endgame content. In fact some of the new brands have made Death Grips obsolete. They definitely could use a revamp of the 5.11 brand bonuses. Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to actually play today, new projects and event is up, have a nice life.

    Making THE GAME more challenging on harder difficulty is actually a really, really fun idea! Buffing up the enemy NPCs with more hp and dmg, more often than not, is frustrating and stressful rather then fun and engaging. I have to admit, I agree on this one!

      I agree but the AI has improved in Division 2 vs 1 and hopefully improves in Division 3. The balance is the amount of HP vs how smart the AI is. I think the Rogue Agents are pretty smart and the nemesis is very smart too in descent.

      I think it's about the setting. The original division had great atmosphere but that atmosphere is shattered when you shoot someone in the head 20 times before they die. I would just like a city setting with ghost recon gameplay. However this can be achieved by simply lowering the difficulty to normal on the Division and using glass cannon. I love the division, still playing it, but I understand where he's coming from. If only the difficulty increased the AI intelligence and didn't just add more armor.

    Been playing The Division since literally Day One .. and though this looks amazing, great cinematography, well done very polished, almost all of his ideas takes away from what The Division really is, yes The Division has issues but it is what it is and still has Long lasting players that still show up in the original game because it has something other shooters don't and that is RPG mechanics allows you to form your own play style to fit your team.

    The "My Division" Suggestions: 1 -> 4 & personal wishlist
    -1. Immersive Experience - Custom hud / no gear levels / no item rarity
    as for the custom hud I see no reason why disabling it or certain parts couldn't at least be an option in settings or given the option of altering it some way. As for no levels/rarities, yeah nah, I understand the idea but that's just not The Division. While I prefer different games to change with every sequal it also has to keep its core aspects of the franchise
    -2. Fun Sealth Mechanics - Not the "all or nothing" mechanic we have now
    now personally I would love the addition of !some! stealth features and aspects, I think it could fit The Divsion well, maybe stealth melee takedowns or other avoiding detection features but cant just have everyone assassins creed/ghost reconing everything so I'd like it but within reason of The Division
    -3. Enemy A.I With Brains - More cunning, alert, tactile, intelligent
    I think this is just a general upgrade games should have in sequels, making the ai more capable in ways and I do dislike it when the only change with difficulty is Health/Damage/Amount. Don't really think this needs much discussion. on the topic of A.I I'd just like more enemy variation and abilities
    -4. Faster Time To Kill, For All -Get rid of bullet sponges for players and A.I
    on one hand the sponges can just be stupidly ridiculous on both players and A.I but again its just the type of game The Division is, its meant to take a a lot of bullets to kill. A possible idea they could do is have editable enemys in settings for solo play so you can adjust enemy damage/health/awareness/etc like in other single player games have so that the gameplay this guy wants is possible outside of just making a super easy difficult mode but I imagine since it would only really work for solo paly its just not something to expect (recently played AC Val and edited enemys to have less health but more damage, definitely more fun than default sword sponges)

    -Crossplay/save
    a must, they had restrictions for Div 2 but Div 3 HAS to have it
    -stealth options
    melee takedowns/silencers/prone/crouch
    -MMO features
    seeing other players open world outside darkzone, random encounters, maybe teamup maybe pvp (opt-in/out system) like a player invasion or something. maybe a mount, like a BMK bike just to help get around/train rail system as an additional option rather than just fast traveling everywhere
    -more stash/inventory space
    feels like I run out of space every couple minutes
    -Environmental changes
    weather cycle/seasonal cycles/snow
    -Downed not out
    let me use my sidearm instead of slowly crawling away
    -More interiors/verticles
    being able to run in a building, up the stairs, shoot out into the street at enemies
    -Time skip
    sleep/rest/meditate, probably cause I recently hunted 95% of the hunters/hunter masks but having to wait for 21:00 for so many was so shit
    -Melee weapons
    Hunter Axe/Machette/Baseball Bat, not really as a main weapon or anything but more so just flair or at least better than the gun smack that just feels useless in Div2
    -Better A.i
    brains and variation, no additional comment, same as above, more factions
    -More Impactful Exotics
    a lot of the time it just feels like its just stat boosts or effects but maybe cause I play destiny I wish exotics had a bigger impact
    -Character Customization
    its trash, the character creator is trash in Div2, it matches other MMOs in how it feels limited and you can easily recognise any aspect for a character, I want to spend the first hour of my playthrough just in the creator before I even start playing. GIVE ME BETTER BEARDS !!!!!
    -Customizations
    nothing really too specific, just improvements and more options; clothes, gun, gear aprracnes, etc
    -Addional OpenWorld Activities
    (@EagleSky3017, yeah that's some good stuff)
    special enemy encounters (roof top snipers, additional hunters/rouges, cleaners "clearing out" a building), encounter variations (rescue "burning" hostage), if there's any stealth added then a without getting dective version, hell strap a hostage to a bombvest for outcast or something and be forced to kill a certain enemy with detonator first. just a lot more events even non hostile encounters to make the world more alive, people scavenging in stores more reasons to make me want to travel 10 minutes across the map rather than a 2minute loading screen fast travel, more defend encounters, have convoys call for back up, treat it like a reverse bounty with time limit, have supplies actually effect either npc support or aesthetics. have environment events like walk though the street to hung buses fall down pinning you in and you're ambused
    -Destructablility
    LET ME BREAK STUFF!!!!, maybe its cause I played Bad Company 2 as a kid but my desire for breakables in games has been desperately unsatisfied for the most part. I don't need exploding walls or collupisng buildings but give me something, let me blow up a desk with a grenade or have certain covers break after enough damage, some random park bench probably shouldn't be unaffected by literally rocket, maybe the E3 Brooklyn trailer where they shoot though the billboard, for some reasons cars became more stagnant in 2 and cant even break the glass with bullets
    -Improved Graphics
    make it pretty

      The MMO part lol you want chaos on the open world. i think its more better to see more enemy soldier on the streets doing some random activies. on the open world feels like empty doing same activies. for example enemies burning a person and must save the remaining person or enemy snipers on some windows or rooftop scoping and seeing the glint of their scopes. more hunters or rogue agaents on the open world. seeing a random person riding a bicycle or any 2 wheel. or interactive fast traver removing that annoying loading screen that takes a very long time sometimes even you have the fastest storage. random helicopters bringing down soldiers sweeping out some random buildings. making more immersive

    I just don't want them to double down on the Dark Zone PVP aspect of the game. For me, what kept me so invested in the Division was how deep the lore went and how much exploring there could be done.
    Seeing dynamic world updates like others have said would be amazing. Clearing areas of hostile gangs' triggers NPCs to start picking up trash, bringing pickups or dump trucks in, more NPCs in the area, people starting fix up their homes and going about their daily life, and even local law enforcement, and medical personnel starting to make an appearance.
    Seasonal changes to represent how much time you're spending someone and making the whole experience feel real.
    Having small time crimes happen, muggings, robberies, B&Es that allow you to intervene and even detain perpetrators and hand them over to local LEOs' if the area has been secured.
    I'd like a better stealth mechanic. Suppressors never seemed to make a lot of a difference, and being able to stealth kill enemies without them zoning in on your exact location would be super fun.
    Destructible buildings would really add something to the game. Wouldn't need to be everything, but if a seeker mine goes off in a bathroom it would be cool to see it blow a hole in the wall.
    There's lots of other things that would be nice to see, but for me this would be a start.

    Hey! Thanks for checking the video out man. So yeah, I think my ideas are definitely steeped in the Ghost Recon universe haha, and some of them I'd agree just don't belong in a RPG like The Division. Honestly, I think watching this back, the only ideas I would hold on to are "better stealth mechanics", and "more HUD customisation", so I could minimise or maximize what elements I see would be cool, also... let's go back to NYC. I miss Survival DLC! Wish we could see that idea expanded upon, give me more of that! The AI from what I understand now in The Division 2 are far better and a more interesting fight for the most part? I tried 2 but I think I was still in love with 1, so it lost me early on. Regret that now! But yes, I think most of my points are dated and frankly, bias towards my time playing so much Ghost Recon haha 😅 as some other commenters have pointed out, I totally agree. Taking away bullet sponge makes it no longer a RPG, so I disagree with myself on that point also. I miss that feeling I had playing The Division 1! I remember running around the world, reading the New York Collapse book, finding little bits of information in the game and in the book that put more of the story together as I went, such a great bunch of memories I've got playing this game. No disrespect to The Division community or the series on this, and I'm happy to agree that some of my ideas are stinkers here haha. Anyway, thanks again Skillz, appreciate you checking out the vid!

    San Francisco has Golden gate and Bay bridges, Candle stick park Great America Parkway, Chinatown
    Alcatraz and everything in the of city San Fran.

    The game should set in Fall cause we already have snow from the first game and summer from the second game, and Fall will be the perfect addition to the franchise with brown leaves, empty trees, windy, rainy, and cold weather.

      No no no, Winter man, Hard winter, like the survival dlc, where one can utilizes the cloths mechanic etc. I would never forget the Atmosphere in the survival dlc.

      @@Constantin1020 Why? You don't want something new? Having winter back would just be a rehash or just an updated version of the first game more than a sequel. There's games that set in Fall has good atmosphere like Watch Dogs and GTA 4 and I think Division can do the same.

    The Division is, an always was marketed as an RPG game. The no HUD is fine, but having no reticle while not in 1st person view = stress.

      Doesn't need removing. Just a faint reticle or even dot would be perfect for someone who doesn't like HuD. Me personally I love HuDs, give me more HuD! I just love how stylized it is in the D2.

    As long as they balance semi auto rifles im cool. Sure automatics are cool. But 7.62x51 should do way more damage. Makes zero sense that 10 rounds of 9mm will chunk more health from an armored opponent than a rifle round, you know the thing specifically designed to pierce armor

    I mean, there a reason I still play Div 2 and not Ghost Recon. Chasing the carrot of better loot and weapons keeps me playing, please don't get rid of the RPG aspects.

    I hope they do not veer too far from the Division 2's gameplay mechanics, bullet sponge is necessary for the Division universe. I would like the option to crouch and go prone. Stealth take down tactics are at the top of my wish list. I find the AI in D2 to be well tuned. This guy is requesting better AI but in the video he barely takes any hits, the AI is shooting all around him. I do not experience this in D2. They have no issue shooting me.

    Great video, but he's taking away the heart out of Division. In my opinion, here's what I would like to see in a Division 3:
    - new engine (to be fair both NY and DC are beautifully made, but I'm playing a PS4 game in the PS5)
    - crossplay
    - better story telling, good secondary characters (not that the story is bad but it could be better told in game, I think. But I'm a sucker for "story" games so I may be a bit bias here)
    - rework of character customization
    - more populated open world with civilians needing help (but not too much)

      Absolutely agree and adding mine below:
      - Transmog for armour so you can make it invisible. (So you can eactually see your shirt 😂)
      - Dynamic weather and time.
      - More diverse and out-there exotics.
      - A return to the old gear wheel. With a standard grenade and rock (for distracting enemies) automatically unlocked and more unlocking as you progress e g: Level 5 = molotov, level 15 = incendiary grenade.
      - An improved steal system to the point where you can actually stealth _somewhat._ I agree it's way too binary right now.
      - Choice of bullets used in guns + firetype switching. E.g: Swapping a Rifle from normal bullets to high velocity or from burst to full auto.
      - Skills with diverse damage types. In D2, it annoys me that turrets and drones just did normal damage and that there was no incendiary ammo option. This should be an option and do around 1/3 damage but proc fire as well. As is in D2, fire builds are really hard to build and rely on weaker/harder to use skills like the firestarter and flame turret, which are generally unreliable.

    #4. What the guy is talking about is that on higher difficulties, the player dumps 2, 3, or 4 mags into some of the elite enemies (unless you have a specific build. And I agree. They take way too much damage before their armor breaks (but it's the opposite for the players)

      i think sponging needs to be balanced definitely but one thing I love about the division were boss battles and them dropping good loot. Having to duke it out for the next best piece of gear was so fun and I feel like actually involved a lot of strategy, tactics, and coordination with teammates. so although it needs revamped, we shouldn't get rid of it entirely.

    More survival elements, animations for going into your backpack, vests, pouches etc, ability to lay gear out before starting your patrol, can only bring what you can carry, gotta eat and hydrate to stay alive, flashlights are a no brainer for me in this type of setting, flashlight attachments for guns and also a flashlight you carry on your vest that you can grab if needed, no crosshairs or hud, or at least ability to turn them off, also more buildings and apartments that we can enter and clear, and more buildings like warehouses, trainyards, that can be entered, fought in, and ways to stealthily take down enemies, also, running into other scavs would be amazing, not online scavs, but ai scavs that are hostile and can get some of your supplies if they kill you, also the ability to have an animation for searching bodies for loot would be great

Changing the gameplay to something like what he’s describing would affect the entire game not to mention the fan base. I love what he’s describing but there are already games like that.     I feel like all of this could be added. Either they could have certain features be client side, not server side, as in, some features can only be used outside of co-op,
    or, an even better idea, they could implement it into co-op, but allow the squad leader to turn on a vote for certain features like these here that the other people can vote for, and have the toggle on set for like a 3-1 majority.
    So in certain lobbies, you can have some squads playing the division similar to how to breakpoint plays, while playing it within the world, zones, and weapons of the division 3 instead of having to launch ghost recon to achieve that gameplay style in a different world, and also have other lobbies of people who are playing the division 3 around how the division playstyle is generally based. Or, have a filtered lobby search system (Which I REALLY want), where players can select or deselect certain features in their lobby search and have it dynamically change to whatever lobbies are running those features.
    OR, Ubi could have a similar setup to Breakpoint where the player can select whether they want to play the division 3 in this style, or play it in the division style, and then separate those 2 player bases into their own main server, but players on one server can still switch to either gameplay style and seamlessly switch across each server.

    Agreed. I do like the no hud idea but that kinda would break the feeling of interacting with ISAC. Stealth mechanics and bullet sponge removal...yea that sounds like a totally different game. More like a single player game then a mmorpg where team combat is part of the make up.
    One thing I would like to see added but again maybe on the same level as being a completely different game is the option to use your additional created characters (mules) as fill ins for a squad if you want to run missions, raids etc solo. Again that would make it a different game. More on par with Ghost Recons or RB6 back in the days. And raids should be more then 4 players I think.

    The HUD change seems like an easy fix. The stealth mechanics and takedowns would be a nice addition. I think expanding on the checkpoints like fortifying them and allowing NPC allies to join your agent or your team up to 6 or 8 on the PvE map would be fun. The player would have extra cannon fodder to distract/delay the bad guys. Bringing food and water back from TD1 as small fight bonuses would be nice. Maybe something in the vein of Call of Duty weapon tuning mechanic. I like the once unlocked, forever unlocked in TD2 for weapon mods, but also at weapon tuning in some fashion. The bases need some mini games just for the players like the one you get in Hell Divers that's on your ship and you're punching in codes and you maybe get a token for a cosmetic of something. The mission builds are fine as they are. Maybe a few more moments to "rambo" out and face tank a fight in the story.

    I LOVE this concept, however I think it would be better suited to a Rainbow 6 game rather than a Division game. I’ve actually had this thought myself about a rainbow6 game based on the snowdrop engine or a division standalone game like maybe where we play a a rouge agent. As for The Division 3 I think it’s better to stick to the main formula.

    everyone thought div was gonna be a tactical kinda milsim game (not too mil sim, not an rpg) and i wish we got that too, i get what he's getting at here but unfortunately the game has been a looter shooter for a long while so a shift would split the playerbase while bringing others in, its just not gonna work. instead of changing the game entirley I'd want some mechanics from heartlands like crouching and sliding etc, maybe the world and buildings can be more explorable, make it a tad bit less bullet spongey *maybe* lol

    For TD3 I really want a shared open world. Maybe add the option to play solo but a shared open world makes the game feel more alive and dynamic. Another thing they need to fix is the matchmaking, behind able to only queue for one mission/activity on only one difficulty is stupid. You can queue for hours without finding a group. Cross play is also needed

    I think we need a cross hair on the screen for accuracy. Might be wrong. This is perfection in my opinion. Not sure how he pulled this,off but a massive achievement.
    I’m here because I’m a massive PC gamer. Division 2 is probably my favourite game of all time. Division 3 with this sort,of playability would be incredible. I can wait to see what the developers do. I know they were previously working on Avatar which is now released so hopefully Division 3 is coming soon.
    What he says about AI and difficulty i spot on. I agree. He is actually making decision 2 so much better as version 3 and I hope the developers make notes here.
    More variety of extras in weapons like what we’ve seen with drones etc would also be a bonus.

    Division 3 for me is: Less set items. Make sets super rare to collect for stat boosts from set bonuses. More interesting weapon talents, and better syngergy between weapon talents. Maybe one passive and one active talent on weapons, so you actually care whats on your secondary and side arm. So you can have actual "weapon rotations" for the min-maxers. (Get a head shot with side arm to gain a dmg boost for 20 seconds. Switch to and get a kill with secondary, BOOM crit dmg boost triggers, NOW... go for main weapon. Empety a cupple of clips. ...repeat. Something like that). More exploring posibilities for apartments, underground and roofs. And i really loved the dark, cold feel in D1.

    When division was originally announced It was my most anticipated of the era. However, I wasn’t expecting heavy rpg mechanics and a looter shooter so I fall off after main story. Seeing this shows the gameplay I expected. I think it’s actually very possible to do as well and would welcome non looter players as well. No one is considering that they could expand from just live service rpg looter shooter.
    It’s as simple as adapting the normal difficulty as an immersion mode to an offline world. With just some changes, it can be another way to enjoy the division while keeping the RPG the core of the game. It’s a 10/10. Switching between 2 ways to enjoy division, offline Coop immersion division and online Coop RPG division. Easily bring more people to enjoy division together.
    Switching modes will just jump you to current mission standards in RPG world. The loot never matters til after the story is finished so that is fine. If you do RPG then Immersion, there’s no draw back because you’re not missing anything or your build is already done so you op to play division a immersed way
    To be clear, offline meaning able to play division without Internet but with internet the function is still the same as offline. Like Resident evil 5 coop.

    The Division Series I think is by far one of the best series in the "looter shooter" genre of gaming. Getting rid of loot tiers I think would completely get rid of this aspect as well as take away the fun of trying different builds. I agree with him as far as AI enhancement and an update to the stealth mechanics are concerned. I really hope with the canceling of Heartland, they really focus on making Div 3 the game we all want.

    more survival elements, extreme cold areas, flooded areas that need to be drained doing objectives, entering burning buildings, sabotage enemy bases, more sci fi enemies, actual co op activities to achive and unlock strongholds hidden in the world, dynamic defense, assault and stealth events in open world with other players to push the end game content.     TL:DR: The RPG trinity (tank, healer, dps) doesn't require spongy enemies or players, just adaptation of enemies and strategies.
    In regards to spongy enemies and RPGs, I don't think it's impossible to do while keeping that typical RPG trinity (tank, healer, dps). Take games like Battlefield. It's PvP the TTK is not super fast, nor super slow, but it is fast and resonable compared to Division enemies, and yet you have medics, support, engineers, assault, snipers, and possibly some more I have forgotten. Instead of healing loads of health a healer focuses on getting their team mates back into the fight and keeping them alive. Tanks focus on diverting enemy attention, possibly by using cover and heavy machine guns to give cover fire and pull aggro. DPS.. well assaults, snipers etc.
    Tougher enemies could be done with tougher AI and mechanics. AIs that coordinate fire on say players using heal/revive abilities, and then maybe trying to bait their teammates to go and revive just to get shot - what many PvP players would do anyways.
    Higher lvl plays require the players to coordinate better and understand their equipment and enemies better, making it more skill based.
    To get that sweet feeling of loot, they could add rare resources used to upgrade weapons and gear into better versions. To get a Scorpio you build a shotgun, and with some rare materials or technologies, only found in a very guarded enemy base, you can upgrade it to be a Scorpio. They could of course add drop rates to it, to prolong playtime and add that grind we all love and hate so much, though personally I would prefer more complicated recipies that require more rare materials and technologies, that way they still take longer and more effort to collect, but you aren't going to be stopped by bad luck.

    Well he makes some good points, the only thing I dont really agree with is the no hud. Division agents are high tech agents and part of their gear in lore is the hud and the pulse scans. Maybe making the hud less docked and more immersive to the agents FOV would be better. In terms of gear score and tankiness or bullet sponge it can be eliminated in an RPG it just has to be well designed to do so, it is a game designer challenge to be able to make a game like that. Possibly continuing further with proficiency score instead of gear score, watch levels, making characters better with certain items and skills rather than the guns themselves. You can still have tanks, skill builds, you can still have medics and it would just make stealth that much more important for medics or skill builds to maintain. Tanks in terms of ballistic shields or defender drones rather than armor or health buffs. Item components like using recalibration station stuff to raising the strength or ammo counts of the sticky bombs and the chem laauncher. There is a lot in The Division Lore that enables RPG elements while keeping the feel of the Ghost Recons and the Splinter Cells that Tom Clancy is known for.

    Id like to see more gear customization like divison 1, where things like a decrease in theart and stuff. Also, not tying sidearms to class let people use what they wanna use. Also , it's a better content cycle where there isn't such a hughe gape in it, while also adding more MMO like experience to the division like they we see the wolrd actual change due to the effects we have on it.

    Dual wield, dismemberment, more apocalyptic suffering making choices save civilians being attacted by factions. Which affect ur watch mission or how the world react to you. Way more character customization body type tattoo scars hair style. Plus a faction that are cyborgs all past fallen agents that got rebuilt. Vehicle driving. Missions in air born air carriers planes. Missions at see cargo ships etc and under water missions. Real life dog commpanions. Close combat when close to enemies

    About the AI lacking intelligence, did we play the same Division 2? The AI are crazy tactical. Play Legendary and the drone operators will pin you down with drones, while the grenade guys also spam grenades and then the others will push and flank while those 2 have you pinned, same with the snipers.
    If they do 90% of the things he wants then it would no longer be the Division. It would be a Ghost Recon/Splinter Cell hybrid.

    Minor thing, but I want a melee weapon to increase melee damage. Doesn’t have to be complicated, but add some customization for any who want to make a melee build or have survivability in those do or die moments when your critical health. Like a Division issue knife or Hunter hatchet. Stuff like that. Maybe even have throwable melee in the grenade slot for longer lasting effects depending where it hits.

    I agree, they were trying to make an RPG looter shooter with different classes, but ended up with just a looter shooter. I mean they need an agro system, so you can really tank with a "taunt type mechanic" maybe the enemies are certain types and those types focus frontliners, better stealth so you can play that rogue/assassin type tactical gameplay over brute force. Using skills is close to a "mage/sorcerer" from D&D type games.

    Gameplay similar to other Tom Clancy games, like Splinter Cell and Ghost Recon, utilize stealth, shadows, melee takedowns and have a choice in melee weapon you would like to use, have a canine companion option (and not just for a K9 signature) and choice in dog breed (used for defense and locating resources, etc. (The devs can make the dog essential so it won't die. I know, not realistic, but whatever. If it goes down, you can revive it. Give it pets, food and water for bonuses like your agent. Canine body armor for it will be great too.)
    Have an actual hardcore mode you can start at anytime on any character. Meaning, you have to rest, eat, drink to survive, and no one's a bullet sponge.
    Speaking of food and water, they should bring back those bonuses from the first game after consuming them. That way, you can also consume them in regular mode, and not just in hardcore mode. Rest can give the player XP bonuses for a certain amount of time. Players can rest at settlements, safehouses, and the BoO of course. Have the ability to make our own private safehouse maybe? Idk, just throwing out ideas.

    Adding stealth elements would be good for the division division agents and hunters are highly skilled and have you seen how some agents and hunters fight and when they melee so yeah if they had that kind of stealth thing as an option like sneaking up on a enemy and doing some kind of unique melee kill like the hunters and the rogue agents we have fought could be a good thing

    Ok, so you can infact remove the UI in The Division, or most of it. Secondly, if you remove the bullet sponges, you also can't be tanky, and you'd have to have slower healing or basically none. The enemies will flank you if you aren't one shotting them on east mode. Lastly as far as the stealth, I agree being able to throw things to get them to face away from you. However one of the most unrealistic things in gaming is people thinking you can shoot an NPC in the same room as a bunch of other enemies and they wouldn't have any idea where you're shooting from, grant it they won't know exactly where from, but silencers(better knows as suppressors) don't actually silence the weapon, and even if it did, you would still hear the semi automatic mechanism cycling especially in close proximity like that @ 5:30. Also @5:05 if you sprinted like that with all that gear in that small of a room someone would 1000% notice.

    No More Division for me. My Ubisoft account got hacked (28th of march) and I am completely locked out of my account!
    I had over 7000! hours in division and over 4000 hours in Division 2.
    Ubisoft did not give me one reply to my tickets, I applied multiple tickets, even with proof that my account was logged in from another country!
    So is this the kind of company Ubisoft is? Combined I have over 11000(!) hours in the Division franchise but I see no effort from them to restore my account so I can play again!
    If anybody has any useful tip for me on how to get my account back, please enlighten me.

    i kinda agree the division mechanics should be like watch dogs/legion than ghost recon, very similar to the division e3 2013 gameplay, where they still have enemy alert, stealth, takedown and less bullet sponge can be implemented

    I think this has amazing potential as a spinoff, i just wouldnt give it the title Division 3. Really cool concept of a more immersive division though. Could definitely make the darker side of the story stand out more
