Anyone destroys my gaming stuff, and they are getting a visit from the police. I play PC so my games are digital, and my physical stuff is very expensive because I'm a collector. It's not mint condition, because what's the point of not using it especially when I'm never going to sell it, but still. If it was a legitimate accident, then that's fine, be more careful, maybe help me pay to replace/repair if it's hugely expensive, but deliberately damaging my PC? Or my Pip-Boy? Or my Molag Bal statue? That's a 999 worthy situation, all of that costs over £100. The Bal statue even costs £4000! And I am not a rich man, these are very dear to me (not just because of the price).
End of the day, respect my property, and there's no need to worry. I'm pretty chill with it all. Damage it accidentally, and it's cool, not your fault, but if it's something like my PC then we split the price for repair or replace 50/50, and if it's my Molag Bal statue then I'll probably be pissed for a while but ultimately forgive. Deliberately break my stuff and it's legal action time, regardless of who you are.
