Hey Arcane Agent, long time lurker here and I got to say I love throwing these build videos on in the background while I'm working. Always love hearing theory crafting on builds just because it's one of my favourite things to do. Just had an idea for future content, which I'm sure you're by no means lacking for ideas. It would be cool to see the companion builds updated with out mods and what you know about the game now just for those console players. I remember you doing quite a few of the companions with the respec mod ages ago but that's just limited to us PC players but I know lately you've been keeping them mod free for the console crowd. 2h Dex SnA Great Cleave Slayer build 4 Rogue (Thug) / 9 Slayer / 7 Vivisectionist This is a 2nd row Great Cleave AoE Sneak Attacker specialist who is meant to have Enlarge Person on him at all times for 6ft reach and can safely engage from behind a main tank or flank whatever is attacking the tank. The 13 Str is only for Power Attack, and 15 Str is required for Dreadful Carnage, as we'll be pumping Dex. If you don't want Dreadful Carnage, you can go 13 Str 16 Cha, but if you do want Dreadful Carnage, go 15 Str 14 Cha. We'll be focusing on Elven Curve Blade because it's a 2h weapon that can be used with Weapon Finesse and maximizing the Rogue Dex-to-dmg and has a really large critical threat range with Keen enchants or Improved Critical Feat. This character can function quite well without buffs, but if you have a dedicated buffer (or simply a Sorc with Enlarge Person works too), this character will exceptionally shine with Enlarge Person and a Wand of Lead Blades. A medium-sized Elven Curve Blade deals 1d10 dmg 18-20/x2, but with Enlarge Person it becomes 2d8 dmg 18-20/x2, and with Lead Blades it becomes 3d8 dmg 18-20/x2. There are plenty of Keen-enchanted Elven Curve Blades throughout the game, and those are 15-20/x2 criticals, and you can use Wands of Lead Blades (you find one of these as early as Old Sycamore) for tougher encounters/dungeons. The idea here is that you're Power Attacking everything you Great Cleave, which allows you to Cornugon Smash anything you Power Attack as a Free Action, and you Shatter Defenses of any Shakened targets you hit, so that's perpetual AoE Sneak Attacks because they're Flat-footed to your attacks regardless of flanking. With this build, you will still want to flank your targets, but now you simply have options. You no longer *need* to flank to set up your SnA's, it's just going to happen. Great Cleave uses your highest BAB attack to make 1 Attack against each target within range, so we're very concerned about pumping up that + to hit as much as possible, because the Great Cleavyness stops whenever you miss. You have to make sure that the enemies are bunched up with no gaps between them as well, because that will also stop the Great Cleave from continuing to its 3rd, 4th, 5th targets, etc. This is actually a lot easier than it sounds, because you can simply put this Enlarged Slayer in the middle of your formation and surround him with animal companions and your tank(s) and let him go nuts. Another easy trick is to send your tank to agro everything and let all the monsters line up on him, once all the monsters are on him, your Slayer stealths/invis in from behind and starts swinging for the bleachers. Ezpz. Action Economy advice: Studied Target uses a Move Action until Slayer 7 when it becomes a Swift, and you can have multiple Studied targets at level 5+. Great Cleave takes a Standard Action. So, you can do your Swift Action to Study Target, Move Action to get in position, Standard Action Cleave. Next Round, Study a 2nd target as Swift, Move into Position (if needed) or Study new target as a Move, and Great Cleave as Standard Action. Use your Studied Targets wisely to make sure those Cleaves land. Skills: Persuasion (max), Perception (max), Trickery and Stealth as you see fit, and 1 point into Use Magic Device for Self-scroll/wand buffing prior to combat. Level 5 - Slayer 1 Feats: Great Cleave Level 6 - Slayer 2 Slayer Talent: Combat Trick (Cornugon Smash) Level 7 - Slayer 3 Feats: Dazzling Display Level 8 - Slayer 4 Attribute: Dexterity +1 Slayer Talent: Combat Trick (Shatter Defenses) Level 9 - Slayer 5 Feats: Cleaving Finish Level 10 - Slayer 6 Slayer Talent: Combat Trick (Improved Cleaving Finish) Level 11 - Slayer 7 Feats: Outflank (and by now, give everyone in your group this same feat, not just melees, but the Casters and Ranged too, because with 15-20/x2 crit, the crits happen a lot, and even your Ranged specialists and casters with crossbows can benefit from Outflank as long as they threaten that target) You can get Outflank at any time during this build and it simply pushes everything back 1 level. But if you want to get the most bang for your buck, make sure you have a +1 Keen Elven Recurve Blade, or better, before you get Outflank. I would recommend NOT pushing back Cornugon Smash/Shatter Defenses though. You want that as early as possible, and these are cornerstone feats to this build. So if you want Outflank at level 9 or 10, go right ahead. Level 12 - Slayer 8 Attribute: Dex +1 Slayer Talent: Dreadful Carnage At this point, this is a complete build. Anything you do from here is icing on this beautiful murderous cake. You can continue into Slayer for the Advanced Talents and go Opportunist + Combat Reflexes or Double Debilitation, or you can go Vivisectionist for self-buffs, Mutagen goodness, and more Sneak Attack die. Personally, I would recommend going 1 more level in Slayer for the 3rd SnA die, and then 7 levels in Vivi which should give another 4d6 SnA, putting you at 17 BAB and 9d6 SnA at lvl 20 with Thug4/Slay9/Vivi7. Pick up 1 level of Accomplished SnA as a feat if you want 10d6 SnA. As long as you're keeping Enlarge Person on this guy, he should be boasting a 6ft Reach Great Cleave. Every target hit by Great Cleave: Round 1: 2d8 (Large-size Elven Curve Blade) + Dex + Power Attack + Weapon Enhancement + Intimidate (Shaken) Round 2: 2d8 + Dex + PA + W Enh + Shatter Defenses + Apply New Shaken Round 3 to Forever: 2d8 + Dex + PA + W Enh + SnA + Shaken + Sicken + Debilitate + Shatter Defenses. Increase this dmg to 3d8 if you buff Lead Blades Round 3 happens in Round 1 if he's Flanking the target(s), OR if he strikes from Stealth, OR if you give your Slayer a Wand of Vanish and Vanish mid-combat and then strike from Invisibility, or your friendly neighborhood Sorc/Wiz casts Greater Invisibility on your Slayer. There will be times where he kills 2-3 targets in the same round, and that provokes 2-3 extra attacks in that same round from Improved Cleaving Finish, which also might kill their targets, and every time he kills something, Dreadful Carnage procs and Shakens/Frightens everyone within 30ft. This guy just eats and eats and eats and fears and fears and fears. ============== Strengths of the build: He's a one-man wrecking crew who will consistently get 3-5 attacks per round on multiple targets as early as level 5, and once Improved Cleaving Finish comes online, every kill = another free attack, so the more targets this guy is surrounded by, the more efficient he becomes. He isn't a 1-trick pony either because of the plethora of unclaimed skill points so you can build w/e you want; max Persuasion and Perception are the only required skills for this guy, and 1 point in UMD. While camping, this guy could easily serve as 1st/2nd Watch or Camp Camouflage if you've chosen to pump Stealth, and this guy has enough skill points to keep a 3rd skill maxed and a smattering of 4th/5th skills modestly ranked. This guy features lots of AoE Crowd Control, Debuffing, and Damage. I'd recommend reducing AC by 2 with your Debilitating Injury most of the time, because the Cleave shenanigans only stop when you miss your target, and with +4 Outflank, -2 Debilitating Injury, Flat-footed from Shatter Defenses, and switching Studied Targets as your Swift/Move each round, you will hit a lot. On boss fights with single targets only, you can turn his cleave off and use Studied Target for a bonus to hit. At level 12 with haste, he has 11 BAB, so that's 4 attacks per round with that big beatstick. Fort and Reflex Saves are top shelf, and with Rogue Evasion, he will evade just about everything with no damage. Since he has high Dex and decent strength, he's also a fairly competent Composite Bow user for those times he can't be in melee range for survival reasons. Weaknesses of the Build: His AC is decent only because of pumping Dex, but he's by no means a tank. And having decent AC is the same as having no AC, so if monsters with high +attack get on him, make sure it's not for long. Also, dumpsters have higher Will Saves than this guy. If he gets confused/dominated/charmed, he'll put your whole group in the hospital. You can counter this with a quick CC of your own or remove whatever is charming him with Break Enchantment or Dispel. Don't even bother wasting a feat on Iron Will, just plan to dispel or break enchantment, or CC the enemy caster before he gets dominated, because even with Iron Will he won't resist anything reliably ever. And lastly, he doesn't have a lot of self-buffing capability other than Use Magic Device. So make sure you have a dedicated buffer like a Bard, Cleric, or Sorc who can consistently, cheaply, and reliably keep this guy buffed for 5-30min dungeon crawls, and consider picking up Vivisectionist levels after lvl 12. Race Selection: Any Race that is Medium-sized will work. Bane of the Living +5 Elven Curve Blade would be the final weapon for this build. +2d6 to all living targets, casts Harm on critical. pathfinderkingmaker.gamepedia.com/Bane_of_the_Living
I know I'm a bit late to this video, but why not choose Erastil as the deity? Still allows for lawful good alignment and fits more thematically roleplay-wise with having the longbow as favored weapon.
the problem with archer chars is that the by far best npc companion already filling that role perfectly. ekundayo is ridiculously strong while other char roles like cleric or grenadier or dex tank you can build so much stronger then the offered companions by using mercenaries
I dont know if someone mention it, but theres a Oversized bow ( 2d6 ) corrosive ( 2d6 acid ) in the dwarven fortress with the troll..., awesome with this kind of build !! You almost oneshot a troll with the first two many shot arrows, and you can almost kill two trolls a round !! I preferred the spawn slayer, but i will try this with the dazzing display, i was sure it was a melee thing... Thks for youre video, youre good !
Your builds are good but I can't help thinking they all serve the same 2 roles in the party 1. Blaster Caster 2. Charismatic Martial using Shatter Defenses
Uh I mean the companions are decent, but if you've never played a Pathfinder or DnD game I would suggest a maybe. But I also think you can learn a lot by tweaking around with them instead of auto leveling
@@ArcaneAgent I’ve just unlocked my forth area. I’m really enjoying this barony management mechanic. Playing lord of the manor this way feels really satisfying. My slayer build is really doing some great damage for me. Ekundo and my main are carrying the team. Think I’ve been to focused on offence and not utilising buffs and CC. Game is teaching me hard my failures😂
@@ArcaneAgent I'm thinking about a character extremely efficient in killing with a bow, using some elemental arrow damage and also running around backstabbing while invisible. I'm still working on it.
Hey man love your videos. Maybe i havent noticed it yet, but if you havent, could you upload a build that is more CC focused other than just trip. Something that is more of a control mage or support character with lot of holding and controlling abilities and specializing in a build that aims towards beating the enemy DC checks for said such controlling abilities ? Thanks man. have a good day. Cheers !
It would only take 2 levels away from your slayer build. Really your slayer build here could be done at level 10 for the special slayer ability you get there
How do you think a two handed fighter 7 levels scaled 2 levels vivi 1 lvl thug 10 invest in str and cha reason I like this is I think I can make it a great face of the party and so many feats I can build him whatever way I want even maybe dex based with a elven curve blade to make better use of the monk robes later
Is there anything you would change (aside from the ability scores for +25) for this to be a main character build? Or is this build more suited for a companion?
On the last difficulty , I passed with this character, as the main character, anathema rarely used, very frequent skills and high attack, always hit against high defense, 40+ damage is stable. Only i play Deity: Erastil for longbow
I'd take deadly aim over trap finding as there many other classes just as good or better at finding traps and deadly aim is the power attack of ranged attacks.
When you are grabbing some of these feats it is showing a prerequisite you are not obtaining first. Will it still work without that? For example dreadful carnage says you need str 15 and power attack. This build had neither. Also would love to see a turn based combat tutorial and kingdom tutorial as well. Have not looked at all your videos yet but enjoying your builds as a new player to Pathfinder.
Slayer gets to take certain feats without meeting those requirements. Also so do kineticist and a lot of other classes. I'm actually using this version same build in a Wrath of the Righteous run right now
Heyo @Arcane Agent. Love your Vids and builds. Any thoughts/tips of how to build a throwing weapon specialist? Since there's no need for Quickdraw feat in Kingmaker vs tabletop pathfinder and you only need to buy or find 1 magical Javelin or dart to be able to throw multiple since there's no ammunition and they all basically have the returning property built in for free. It seems like it could be fun and Viable. Maybe a Barbarian/Rogue with animal Companion? Strength bonus to damage while raging and good movement to get within throw range and won't mind the Dex penalty to AC cause they are ranged. With maybe a dip into Rogue for Sneak attack. And animal companion to help flank. Or maybe Monk? Not sure if Dart is considered a monk weapon for flurry of Blows. Or even some other Class entirely that I'm not thinking of like Eldritch Scion or Some other Strength based class like Straight Fighter for the feat that lets you use ranged attacks while in melee without provoking AoO's. Or some Alchemist that buffs themselves with mutagen, Enlarges, and throws a bomb in one hand and an Enlarged Javelin in the other. Idk I think the concept has possibilities but, You're the expert builder I'm just a Console pleb lol. Would appreciate anyone else's input or experiences as well.
They don't make darts or throwing axes or javelins light weapons sadly. They are considered one handed. So you get a -4 on each attack. Even with two weapon fighting and everything
Dude, Arcane Agent, please, please, what Bow are you using that you do not mention you are using....please tell? Btw, you do this a lot in your builds, barely cover what your items are especially your weapons. PLEASE tell. Love your stuff though.
Wait, range is there a melee weapon type cause this was my first class I wanted to make but didn't see you have one made but is range the best for this type?
when I tried slayer on the default protagonist (the one with extra attributes) I found that it is a heavily watered down class compared to the fighter; I seriously doubt it is worth it for the focus, compared to how much you lose for going plain fighter
The sneak attacks are generally better than specialization for damage and the slayer gets better skills. Fighter is better for heavy armor front row stuff, Slayer better as an archer as you’ll almost always qualify for those sneak attacks.
This is one of those chump theory crafted builds that get you laughed out of table top games, if your playing starting from level 1 and your build is not up and running by level 5 then your build is not valid.
@@Justanotherconsumer ya but you won't be getting a lot of sneak attacks off with a ranged attack till level 12 with this build, seeing as most people beat the game at 17 - 18 this is just a garbage build.
@@ArcaneAgent no, i was making a chaotic good tiefling version instead. I was trying to use my first slayer talent to make up for the missing feat I didn’t have because I wasn’t human. I didn’t know I could not take both a archery combat style first and then a menacing one. All good now though. Thx a lot for your time.
I have a strange issue with my slayer. Created a new character and choose combat style > two weapon < two weapon fighting on level 2. on lv 4 I cannot select the next combat style feat. This also happens when I choose sword&shield combat style or spec as a deliverer (in this case the problems appears later because the deliverer gets not bonus feat on lv 2). Hope someone can give me a tip how to fix this issue.
@@ArcaneAgent Guess you have no tip what I should try to get around the problem? I tried reload, select a feat and then get back to it before confirmation, cancel level up and open it again...
@@ArcaneAgent No problem. In fact it was your video that inspired me for the build. I was really thinking that the game should finally be in a state where most of the bugs are fixed. I mean, I can always use "bag of tricks" and give me the feat that way...
So for this build on my mc I end up with 5 points left over for stats if mine looks like yours. Is it safe to just bump wis up to 11 with those leftover points?
Because I like your cutesy face and sexy voice! :d Tbh though I am very surprised I haven't discovered your channel earlier. Thank you for all the content!
Just sub. Love these builds just got this game on my ps4, but I did have a question. Why Abadar and not Erastil for deity as you state in the video you were looking for lawful good which Erastil provides plus the ability to bows.
And just confirmed you can go lawful good with Erastil. Going to try it out cause of preferred weapon being longbow. Thx again agent I'm currently rocking this guy with your pally build for beef and it is nuts so far.
This is actually a pretty terrible build to PLAY the game with. It doesn't come online till around lvl 10 - 12 and so your basically just playing a mediocre fighter archer. Typically people beat the game at level 17 - 18 so congrats you spend little over 50% of your character progression on just making the build before you start pumping all that damage.
dont ever mention the fail that is baldurs gate 3, that is not a true baldurs gate game ... and you should know why if you knew jack shit about classic rpgs.

Cha 16, or Cha 14 if you want Dreadful Carnage
Level 1 - Rogue (Thug) 1
Feats: Weapon Finesse (Free), Power Attack
Level 2 - Thug 2
Rogue Talent: Combat Trick (Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Elven Curve Blade)
Level 3 - Thug 3
Feats: Weapon Focus: Elven Curve Blade, Rogue Finesse: Elven Curve Blade
Level 4 - Thug 4
Attribute: Dex +1
Rogue Talent: Cleave
From here on out, just keep Cleave on Right Click Auto-cast unless you're facing a single target.
Level 5 - Slayer 1
Feats: Great Cleave
Level 6 - Slayer 2
Slayer Talent: Combat Trick (Cornugon Smash)
Level 7 - Slayer 3
Feats: Dazzling Display
Level 8 - Slayer 4
Attribute: Dexterity +1
Slayer Talent: Combat Trick (Shatter Defenses)
Level 9 - Slayer 5
Feats: Cleaving Finish
Level 10 - Slayer 6
Slayer Talent: Combat Trick (Improved Cleaving Finish)
Level 11 - Slayer 7
Feats: Outflank (and by now, give everyone in your group this same feat, not just melees, but the Casters and Ranged too, because with 15-20/x2 crit, the crits happen a lot, and even your Ranged specialists and casters with crossbows can benefit from Outflank as long as they threaten that target)
You can get Outflank at any time during this build and it simply pushes everything back 1 level.
Level 12 - Slayer 8
Attribute: Dex +1
Slayer Talent: Dreadful Carnage
At this point, this is a complete build.
Every target hit by Great Cleave:
Round 1: 2d8 (Large-size Elven Curve Blade) + Dex + Power Attack + Weapon Enhancement + Intimidate (Shaken)
Round 2: 2d8 + Dex + PA + W Enh + Shatter Defenses + Apply New Shaken
Round 3 to Forever: 2d8 + Dex + PA + W Enh + SnA + Shaken + Sicken + Debilitate + Shatter Defenses.
Increase this dmg to 3d8 if you buff Lead Blades
Round 3 happens in Round 1 if he's Flanking the target(s), OR if he strikes from Stealth, OR if you give your Slayer a Wand of Vanish and Vanish mid-combat and then strike from Invisibility, or your friendly neighborhood Sorc/Wiz casts Greater Invisibility on your Slayer.
==============
Strengths of the build: He's a one-man wrecking crew who will consistently get 3-5 attacks per round on multiple targets as early as level 5, and once Improved Cleaving Finish comes online, every kill = another free attack, so the more targets this guy is surrounded by, the more efficient he becomes.
Is there a way to do this build and start of with a eleven curved blade
Yes
I know I'm a bit late to this video, but why not choose Erastil as the deity? Still allows for lawful good alignment and fits more thematically roleplay-wise with having the longbow as favored weapon.
the problem with archer chars is that the by far best npc companion already filling that role perfectly. ekundayo is ridiculously strong while other char roles like cleric or grenadier or dex tank you can build so much stronger then the offered companions by using mercenaries
And the exact same alignment as this build.
Thanks. Be sure to subscribe as I'm about to crank out some Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous videos as well!
Definitely need to see a pure ranger build
Any kind of ranger
Could you make a melee version of this
Maybe isntead of blinding critical, pick combat trick and there should be one feat to pick so you an take deadly aim.
Sounds good
Your builds are good but I can't help thinking they all serve the same 2 roles in the party
1. Blaster Caster
2. Charismatic Martial using Shatter Defenses
Hast thou not seen my amazing totally real Necromancer build?
Brand new to the game, (PS4) I chose slayer deliverer as my first class... Went Elf Lawful Good I guess that was a decent choice..
Heck yes it is!!!
@@ArcaneAgent as a new player should I auto level my companions?
Uh I mean the companions are decent, but if you've never played a Pathfinder or DnD game I would suggest a maybe.
But I also think you can learn a lot by tweaking around with them instead of auto leveling
Just subscribed, I really appreciate your videos, keep èm coming, thank you!

I’m playing slayer now. Lvl 8. This game is kicking my arse😖🤣 I’m only playing on normal. It’s a steep curve. It’s good fun. Having a blast
I like kingmaker so much, the tooltips are super descriptive and you can learn how to build character crazy easy
@@ArcaneAgent watching your content on builds has been helpful and giving me insight.
Dude every time I create a new character it gives me another idea for another character
Buffs and saves are so so good
Awesome build, as usual. I wonder if I could make a build that was something in between Slayer and Ranger.
What do you have in mind?
@@ArcaneAgent I'm thinking about a character extremely efficient in killing with a bow, using some elemental arrow damage and also running around backstabbing while invisible. I'm still working on it.
Well the slayer gets sneak attack damage. And a high base attack bonus. Your rogues attack bonus will not be as good as the slayer
Cheers !
Yes, I'll probably make it a sorcerer as I love sorcerers now
I’m playing pathfinder kingmaker now. How would the slayer be with 2 levels of archer Paladin (+ Cha to save and precise shot feat)
It would only take 2 levels away from your slayer build. Really your slayer build here could be done at level 10 for the special slayer ability you get there
Subscribed. 1st video of yours I seen
Well dang, go look at my other videos lol. And check me out on www.twitch.tv/thearcaneagent
Hay Arcane LordFungusTV says Thanks for the Raid
Yay! Twitch buddies
Any chance you could check out Solasta: Crown of the Magister? It's another DnD 5e early release game on Steam.
I love it. Streamed it yesterday on twitch! www.twitch.tv/thearcaneagent
Could you do this build with other races
Yes but the human helps
How do you think a two handed fighter 7 levels scaled 2 levels vivi 1 lvl thug 10 invest in str and cha reason I like this is I think I can make it a great face of the party and so many feats I can build him whatever way I want even maybe dex based with a elven curve blade to make better use of the monk robes later
Dex based elven curved blade is fun
Especially if you manage to get the bane of everything blade
Great build thanks alot.
No problem
Is there anything you would change (aside from the ability scores for +25) for this to be a main character build? Or is this build more suited for a companion?
On the last difficulty , I passed with this character, as the main character, anathema rarely used, very frequent skills and high attack, always hit against high defense, 40+ damage is stable. Only i play Deity: Erastil
for longbow
I wouldnt change a thing, him he perfect
I'd take deadly aim over trap finding as there many other classes just as good or better at finding traps and deadly aim is the power attack of ranged attacks.
Agree. I only added trap finding to help out in a solo situation
Another great build! However, Inquisitor when?
One of these days
Any versions of these builds that aren't range? I'm just wondering what feats I should change to make them melee.. Not a fan of range for main
Kineticist build when
I made a wonderful Kineticist Thug video already. Search Kineticist Thug
Doesn't sneak attacking a target grant studied target for free?
It does
Great guide, but why not take Erastil?
When you are grabbing some of these feats it is showing a prerequisite you are not obtaining first. Will it still work without that? For example dreadful carnage says you need str 15 and power attack. This build had neither. Also would love to see a turn based combat tutorial and kingdom tutorial as well. Have not looked at all your videos yet but enjoying your builds as a new player to Pathfinder.
Slayers and rangers and even kineticists can get certain feats without meeting prerequesitea
Ugh... Following this build and im trying to figure out what to do with the last 5 points for my attributes
Screw it. I just went 16 str and the rest is the same
16 str is awesome. Extra dmg from composite longbows
@@ArcaneAgent that was my reasoning as well.
Great minds ya know
@@ArcaneAgent im also thinking about usi g the attribute spread for a divine hunter
Is anyone even watching this video? How can you take dreadful carnage without the prereqs?
Slayer gets to take certain feats without meeting those requirements. Also so do kineticist and a lot of other classes.
I'm actually using this version same build in a Wrath of the Righteous run right now
This build is a Slayer machinegun, amazing.
I'm looking through your builds playlist and I dont see one for Harrim. Do you not have one or am I just missing it?
I have never made a harrim build because I'm dumb
Can u do chaotic good for this or is it just lawful good only.
Oh wow a dart isn’t a light weapon for two weapon fighting! Yikes thanks for saving me some time and headaches!
Yeah I mean a dex based dual wielding javelin vivisectionist looks good on paper, but it doesnt hit as often even with +8 dex alchemical bonus
Is there a hunter/rogue multiclass?
Does this build require DLC's? I am playin EE and I do not get determined Zeal and Devine Anathema?
No dlcs needed
Dude, Arcane Agent, please, please, what Bow are you using that you do not mention you are using....please tell?
Btw, you do this a lot in your builds, barely cover what your items are especially your weapons. PLEASE tell. Love your stuff though.
The wep is most likely just a plus 5 longbow
is this just for the Turn based mod? or for both gameplay modes?
Doesn't really matter
Hey guys! I was just wondering, is the display of your dice rolls over enemies vanilla or is it a mod? Long time no played:)
Wait, range is there a melee weapon type cause this was my first class I wanted to make but didn't see you have one made but is range the best for this type?
This will be a ranged bow user
Hi i'm new to the game. Is this the best archer build? Thanks!
Its the easiest hehe
I should test out 6 archer builds in the beneath the stolen lands dlc
no Eldritch Arcana mod? or has it been buggy for you as well 😖
Its been buggy
Hi is this an unmoded build?
Unmodded
@@ArcaneAgent sweet thanks!
No problem
Any chance you show us how to get Eldritch Arcana mod working? I have it installed its green but still not working.
The mods are weird right now with Kingmaker Definitive Edition. So currently I'm not recommending mods
@@ArcaneAgent Thanks, i Have been enjoying your content.
Swag. I enjoy my content too hehe. I watch it while sipping a nice sasparilla
@@ArcaneAgent Thats the way to do it. I would like to see a Good Blaster or Battlefield controller caster without the Eldritch Arcana Mod.
when I tried slayer on the default protagonist (the one with extra attributes) I found that it is a heavily watered down class compared to the fighter; I seriously doubt it is worth it for the focus, compared to how much you lose for going plain fighter
I can't finish the game because you keep making new builds
Me either hehe
This is a mental disease (not a dangerous one), I have it too.
It's too much fun to make new builds in this game! ;)
@@Blobby3822 so many different play styles to try
I think of new builds daily
@@ArcaneAgent I know but I need you to give me at least at Three Days Grace So I can get father then chapter 3 LOL
Cant take menacing in combat style on lvl 6 for some reason. Help plz. is it because I'm not human?
Did you not take human? And slayer?
@@ArcaneAgent no, i was making a chaotic good tiefling version instead. I was trying to use my first slayer talent to make up for the missing feat I didn’t have because I wasn’t human. I didn’t know I could not take both a archery combat style first and then a menacing one. All good now though. Thx a lot for your time.
Hey no problem man
this is awesome build.. i'm new to this game
Beats me. Sometimes the game be weird
@@ArcaneAgent Guess you have no tip what I should try to get around the problem? I tried reload, select a feat and then get back to it before confirmation, cancel level up and open it again...
I know how to make builds, I dont know how to fix every bug sadly
@@ArcaneAgent No problem. In fact it was your video that inspired me for the build. I was really thinking that the game should finally be in a state where most of the bugs are fixed. I mean, I can always use "bag of tricks" and give me the feat that way...
True bag of tricks is my fwiend
So for this build on my mc I end up with 5 points left over for stats if mine looks like yours. Is it safe to just bump wis up to 11 with those leftover points?
Sure. Extra will saves
Because I like your cutesy face and sexy voice! :d
Tbh though I am very surprised I haven't discovered your channel earlier. Thank you for all the content!
Well check me out streaming at www.twitch.tv/thearcaneagent
Just sub. Love these builds just got this game on my ps4, but I did have a question. Why Abadar and not Erastil for deity as you state in the video you were looking for lawful good which Erastil provides plus the ability to bows.
I just grabbed whatever I wanted
Cancel that lol. Just read Erastil is Neutral good
And just confirmed you can go lawful good with Erastil. Going to try it out cause of preferred weapon being longbow. Thx again agent I'm currently rocking this guy with your pally build for beef and it is nuts so far.
@@ArcaneAgent thx
Yeah man I'm trying to make a lot more un modded builds
interesting
Very interesting
That build its bullshit, you dont pick the prerequisites
You don't have to. Rangers and slayers get to skip prerequisites on certain feats. So do kineticists
Could you maybe upload actual let's plays to you youtube?
I'm working on the wrath of the righteous let's play
I would love to see less Human builds.
That's racist
@@ArcaneAgent - *laughs* That's what you get from elitist, pointy eared tree hugging Elves and scraggly bearded, dirty rock kissing Dwarves.
