I have lower right achy pain in my back. I am actually left-handed and my body leans to the left. If I lay flat on a bed and do stretches. That usually relieves the pain for a bit. It just always comes back.
I do Brazilian Jiujitsu and I tore my right knee ACL. Ever since, I started to devolp a weird standing position just to relieve the pain on my right knee. And just recently my lower rightside started to have this sharp pain, it comes and goes. I didn't know why the pain was there, but your video made me more comfortable knowing it's not a serious injury. Thanks alot all the way from Libya
Hi , just had the same issue broken my acl few years back and now the back pain on one side. Would like to know any progress has been made for your case
Thanks for sharing this video. I have been living with excruciating pain in the right lower back for three weeks and nothing helps. I don't like taking medicine but I keep my Advil close by since this started. I will try your stretching exercises and hope for the best.
There's no one single "correct" position to sleep in. However, if you do sleep on your left side, it's a good idea to put a small pillow under your waist between your pelvis and your ribcage so that your left side doesn't sink in to the mattress too far. Here's a video about sleeping positions that might help. It's an old video, so that video quality isn't great, but the information is still good. th-cam.com/video/ZwFRQBZdW4M/w-d-xo.html
Doctor i have been doing workouts in gym for one and half years. After doing leg workouts from the initial time itself i got back pain at the right side and regularly hearing a crunching sound from the right hip (pain spot), what condition is this doctor? Is this serious? Should i need to Quit the gym? Plz reply doctor Help me 🙂
I can't tell you particularly what to do as there are a number of things that can cause those symptoms. Most of the time, you don't need to stop going to the gym, just modify the exercises that bother you. It would be a good idea to get your back and hip evaluated by a healthcare professional in your area though.
If you have concern about kidney disease, definitely check it out with your doctor. I do have a video about back pain vs. kidney pain and some ways to tell the difference, but if you're concerned see your doctor to error on the side of caution. th-cam.com/video/qmuL_ktf1Ks/w-d-xo.html

what about doing pullups by hanging from both hands . are pullups good to relieve any back pain?
Doing pullups can be helpful for some type of back pain, but not all types.
