It was great watching your footage Paul, and you went to other places I didn't go to but that class 50 departing with all that clag was excellent catch for you. I do believe the weather was a lot colder than Friday, and there was a lot more people travelling on the trains.
Great video and I'm sure you enjoyed your day there, Mike.
Yes Mike, Friday was the better day especially with the sun out for brief periods. We planned to go Friday to be honest but had to change the day. Didn’t work out to bad as got the 90’s movement on Friday .
Enjoyed the gala plus managed to get to Toton and Loughborough Works
You did well doing the other places.
Great shots and variety Arthur from a grand day out 🎉 Can't beat that vintage diesel noise! The 31 looked splendid in its repaint although the horn did sound a bit ropey!
😂Ropey Horn !!
Yes great day, did enjoy it
Class 31 topped it for me with the repaint, always liked that livery
Brilliant video, some great thrash here, especially from the Deltic and the 50. It feels very strange seeing 153s working a gala, especially given that I still regularly see them out on the mainline!
Was strange in a way yes, thought the same !!
Deltic, tractors and the 31 stud out for me
Great vid Paul.
Mega livery at 11:20 👍🏻
Yes my favorite of the gala
Looked lush 😀
D9009 is the loco in disguise as its long lost sister 55013 black watch which is the loco already been scrapped
Certainly is Pal
Performing very well too 👌
