Another spectacular layout from Mr Waterman and the Railnuts. Really doesn't feel like a year since the Milton Keynes layout was here last year!

Not only the variety with locos livery, (Ukraine flag) but of rolling stock and its condition. Some ultra clean with no 'extra' paint, others where you can not see the original paintwork, and all in between.

The DB train with the DB loco leading was seen to fail as a double header. Later to leave with the ESW loco leading and the DB loco pushing.

Brilliant stuff mate, I spent much of this day chasing the 37s around North Wales, I did manage to get back to Chester in time for the return leg of the tour. Shame about that unit getting in the way, would've been a great shot if it was just a bit further back instead of pulling ahead of the 57

Surised they do not have a shunter or guard at the back of the train mentoring and controlling the reverse.

Nice video, that's some really clear footage with the drone. Tried to catch the cement train a couple of times but it's quite elusive. Pity the paper mill binned their rail ops, seeing old photos of the 08 shunting wood wagons in the 80s, would've been nice to see still going in.

I understand Aggregates Industries have bought Land Recovery. Since they have left the Rail industry (sold all 59s to Freightliner) it doesn't look good for these 60s now.

They should never been allowed to be put into that state in the first place.

They 'should' be heading to Loughborough for fitting of CAT (class 68) power units and new ancillary equipment. No doubt a new classification to so will be interesting to see which from class 61,62,63,64 & 65! JG.
