@@007Rickie It is funny that the Mechanic shop did not know this. One of the older FOBS I have not used in 12+ years since I thought it was dead. Now both are good and work as new except they are 22+ years old

Wow I couldn't lock all doors with one key it was at least a two step process to lock all doors . Funny thing I gave to much attention to follow the instructions when this very humble guy doing his demonstration and guss what when my remote work I heared the lock nobbs unlocked, you know how loud is Merchandise locks, So I thought some one is throw a rock or something on me , then guss my hand instantly reach to my glove compartment to grab my xxxx. May be it was to loud becouse i did it right after I got out of my local kush dispensary. Lol Thx again.

this worked perfectly, my moms boyfriend gave me the truck and it has been a work in progress including getting the radio code after driving it for one hr so i can use it

Ok, when you buy a remote control with a new key, how do you operate it on the car, because I bought a key with a new remote, but when I applied this method, it did not work. Don't tell me go to the dealer please.
Hi Raad, the only way you can reset the key is to have the circuit board from the old key because the circuit board is synced up to the car. You can't buy any random key and do it like that, it just won't work. That means if it could be done then anybody could buy a random key and take someone's car. You'll need to find someone that has a garage with the software to programme your new key. You don't have to go to the main dealers if you find a good Mercedes outlet who fix Mercedes, they should have the software. Hope this helps. Let me know how you get on. I did exactly that but only works once ...then it doesn't ….repeated it and once again it gave me one shot and then it didn't work …. tried 10 times samething ….any ideas . thx
You have to make sure you are using brand new batteries and give it another go. Because if it worked once then it should keep on working, The only thing I can think is wrong is the batteries. Some times you can buy batteries brand new and they don't work for long. They may be sitting in the shop for a long time no one knows. Its happened to me several times before. When I did this video I used 3 packs of new batteries before it worked the ones that didn't work I took back to the shop and exchanged them each time. I read this works for some but I havent tried it; With all doors closed: 1. turn key to pos. 2 then back to pos. 0 and remove it. 2. within 10 sec. press and hold lock button. 3. Now push unlock 5 times while still pressing down lock button. 4. Release lock button. There is one more step to re-synchronization. 5. PRESS TAIL GATE BUTTON TO COMPLETE SYNCHRONIZATION. This last step is not mentioned at all in the original 1999 ML320 owner's manual.
Hey, i still have this problem, after sync it works once then i have to sync again to make it work once... i dont know what this is. seems like my car forgets my key after 1 input..
Hi Mane. You most have miss something in my instruction you need to watch the video again and pause it if it's going to fast but it works for me and everyone that's done it let me know how you get on
Hi Evil, when you use your key does it turn the ignition on in your car? If it does turn the ignition on then you know its not the key all you need to do is make sure the batteries are the right size batteries because you have to use the same exact batteries that came out of the unit. And then follow my steps in my video and it should work. If it doesn't work first time keep repeating the steps and it will work.
