WOW , just finished a driver session using this drill and its got rid of my push right miss... Been working on an in to out path for quite sometime now but with varying success... this drill helped me to feel the release and stopped me moving to far forward. Straightened up my drives right away.. played roughly 20 drives and missed none out right....whoop, whooop... Thanks for the tip Lockey... I will be trying this again tomorrow..
Right on Coach! Nothing like good classics… Hopefully I’ll be thinking of doing this pre-shot my next session to see if it can give me some good feels!!!
fewer injuries, not less: Fewer is used to refer to number among things that are counted, as in "fewer choices" and "fewer problems"; less is used to refer to quantity or amount among things that are measured, as in "less time" and "less effort"1. This distinction was first made by grammarian Robert Baker in 1770, and has been promulgated by many grammarians,,,
I tried this tip in the net at home and can feel the difference. I look forward to putting it into practice on the course. Thanks Lockey for yet another game changing tip!
@@indyprosandcons329 Like turning laps at INDY! Well, except for the part that putting is boring, but turning your first laps at INDY without practice down force & entering TURN 3 @240 MPH and not lifting... is well, the OPPOSITE of boring. 😉
I've never seen this drill before! I've only been golfing a few yrs - think I started around 1963, but even as old as I am, I'll give this a go for sure! Hitting up on the ball is not a problem for me. My Ping i25 is 9.5° and I get tons of height. The problem is control. When I come to the range, everybody all of a sudden is wearing construction hard hats - patrons, staff, waitresses in the bar, groundskeepers out back on the practice green. The club keeps three helmets on a hook at the bus stop on the street out front. Out fucking front! Uh-oh... he's here again... They could go anywhere... There's an Old Folks Home over there. Now, they got a "swimming pool." Thing is, they also supply the clientele with ball retrievers and every 3rd Fri hold a Family Banquet paid for by reselling the balls I hit just this past week. Fuck me. You should see their Christmas Buffet!
