The web site faq says that English requirement depends on the area of study. You can ask the university or DAAD by email. Would he/she mention his/her master bcz they require that if someone has done master ,they should mention. But our master (2 year) is making us eligible for their Master program.... So we should mention our master program or not???

This is a difficult question. I think chances of a positive response increase if you have some experience. But you can apply and see. You can join some place for internship now or take a project assistant job at some place while applying.

My son did diploma in mechanical engineering 3 years and 3 years of Bachelor in mechanical engineering, then it is possible to get DAAD scholarship
With 6 years of study in engineering it should be possible. You can also confirm by writing to DAAD by email.

Ideally if you have masters already they would like you to do the PhD as they also give funds for that. Stipend for PhD is also more.

What is the application date for DAAD intake of 2023?
Generally 15 July for winter semester and 15 January for summer semester. But check DAAD.de for more.
