I´m in and from Norway and all i can say is SORRY 😢 Hotels and things like that "kill" all ppl with the cost of staying a night or two. If you come back after season the price will drop like 3-5 times and they even give you a complementary breakfast. I tell all my friends from abroad to come here off season just because of the costs. Thankfully the view of our beautiful nature is free....🙂 Welcome back another time you lovely people. I envy both of you, and actually i plan to do the same as you do now next summer. Buying probably a BMW 1250GS and drive north from south of Norway to the "top", and then back south via Finland and Sweden 😊 I am 55 y.o and feel like its now or never....i`ll choose now rather than never 😉

Thanks for sharing. One of my favourite areas to ride for scenery. There are additional detours, especially on the southmost leg, that could add to your experience. I think the morale is like on all tours - add plenty of time to wander off and take extended weather breaks. Inspiration for planning my next trip! Cheers.

With motorbikes. If you are stopped at roadworks like this in the start of te video. just go up in front of the queue and you are the first to go when it opens up
Don't rush through Norway, stay until you're 56, it'll be fine. Sweden is basically a copy of Finland. Pine trees, gravel and lakes.(more than FInland actaully) If you're not visiting towns, then skip Sweden all together. If you do pass through Stockholm, honk and I'll buy you a beer.
I'm sorry to tell you this but last summer we had a record breaking summer up her in the north of Norway. This summer totally obliterated the records from last summer🌞🌞🌞 we even had tropical nights (not dropping below 20C) in September which have never been recorded here in the north before. We usually don't even have tropical nights at all in the summer. But you was just rushing thru so I guess it was alright😊
Blue pill or red pill? Definitely not yellow pills bought in Thailand! Enjoying your travels and your travails - couldn't cope with that level of discomfort myself any more, but watching you reminds I was young once too. Wishing you a safe onward journey.
The west coast of Norway is normallyknown as vestlandet her and it goes apx from Stavanger in the south west to Aalesund in north west.area. The area you are driving is known as Helgelandskysten, in the county of Nordland. Its in northern Norway ;)
I've been really inspired by your progression riding off road and i have literally booked my cbt because of you!!! i would love to know how you plan the routes and what app/websites/gps you use
Thank you so much! We are following the TET routes most of the time or just plotting a route going from one point of interest to the next using GPX studio. We also navigate using Osmand. Best of luck on your CBT let us know how you get on! 😊
If you did that trip (not the same route) in your van it would feel like fancy pants traveling. looks like you could've done a majority of it.. i looked around the map and some of the cities or countries near you seem a little,,,,,,,,, hostel or dangerous. you should really come to the United States where every American carries a gun and is always drunk yeeeee haaaaa.. The last part is not true but that's what people think

Last time I did the costal road it was 25 degrees, fantastic to ride in, terrible for waiting for ferries
