DO NOT BUY THIS This device has no failsafe capabilities for charging in the wrong port or letting the battery deplete, I have been told tough luck: UZE: Based on your email, it seems that your BOLD 2 power bank was left and charged through the C4 port. Please note, that the only input port designed for charging the BOLD 2 is the C1 port. Charging through the C4 port or any other port other than the C1 port, especially with a high-power charging cable and GaN charger, can unfortunately damage the internal components like the chips and PCB board. Since this type of damage is not covered by our warranty or replacement policies, I would recommend checking our warranty coverage for more details through this [ link]. When you contact customer service, they never get back to you. When they do respond, they tell you your ticket is in a queue. I had the the bold 1 and it failed within a couple months under light use. After months of back and forth with their tech support they sent me a new one. It failed under even lighter use within weeks. Quality control is hugely lacking.
Since the battery is so big, it may take a while for it to fully charge. It is best to plug it in overnight so it is fully ready to go in the morning.

Charging through the C4 port or any other port other than the C1 port, especially with a high-power charging cable and GaN charger, can unfortunately damage the internal components like the chips and PCB board.

Do not buy anything from this company! Google all the reviews first. Most people have had the experience I had. You pay for the product and then they dont ship it. When you contact customer service, they never get back to you. When they do respond, they tell you your ticket is in a queue. I've been waiting 2 and a half years for my product and every time I reach out they say they will get back to me.
