Very little you all do that we don’t like as a family but for me the olive info made it more enjoyable and of course the excitement of seeing you all together . Hope James is really happy and enjoying his new job but the interaction with him and you all is missed ! Thank you all though including those behind the scenes for the continued hard work .

It's kinda nice that the TH-cam subtitles mention that Kostas is speaking Greek. But they're _over the video subtitles of what he's actually saying._ Which is not really ideal.
They don't use default TH-cam algorothm. They use a transcription service (and I think I know which one). If I'm right, they have the ability to move the subtitles to the top of the screen to preserve the on screen text and didn't use it.
This is one of the sorted episodes that I absolutely love,we the community get to learn about the food,get entertainment from watching the battle and we learn new ways to cook and use the ingredients. Keep it up sortedfood 👏

Even if one wouldn't believe that there is something like the man-made climate change, changes in the climate did exist for pretty much the whole history of earth.

Great question. The concept is by the Normal and then developed by the food team. The normal then has to learn the recipe and deliver it on their first attempt on camera.
I'd like to see a harder version of beat the chef called beat the chef : on the spot, where the "normals" don't get access to the recipe lab but just a bunch of ingredients and boom get cooking.
Whenever someone references Mike’s cardigans I always think fondly of the end of that fridge cam where Ben read the comments of the week and Mike delivered three belters of jokes with this face 😐 it cracks me up every time.

I agree. I suspect the video sponsor requested it to be postponed until travel restrictions were lifted/things calmed down and it’s only just been given approval to be uploaded. Hence why they didn’t mention James’ guest spot because he hadn’t left yet and no mention of badges. Would have like a little explanation for the delay at the beginning rather than the Sorted comments suggesting James had come back for this video.

loved this episode due to it celebrating culture through learning about its origins, trying the sourced produce and the problems farmers/marketers have had to overcome to produce olives, and using it in dishes you wouldn't normally think about. please do more episodes like this! Also, I was also very happy to see James I hope he is loving his new job and would love to see him more in future episodes!

Beautiful episode, my grandfather was Italian and used so much olive oil through his life, he lived to 89 so can't be that bad for you. Also, JAMES!!! Can we expect to randomly see him every now and then? Because that's great. You're all great.
I'm usually a big critic of Barry, but the way he comported himself and answered questions and such I was actually pretty impressed with on this one. Not sure I'd actually want to eat his dish, but I'm still impressed.

Beautiful episode, my grandfather was Italian and used so much olive oil through his life, he lived to 89 so can't be that bad for you.

I'm usually a big critic of Barry, but the way he comported himself and answered questions and such I was actually pretty impressed with on this one. Not sure I'd actually want to eat his dish, but I'm still impressed.

GRRR! I watch these amazing videos (even the olive oil ice cream and olive jam intrigues me.)and learn fascinating things about various ingredients and then I'm off the shops for a handful of different olive oils. ARGH! I don't have room in my Manhattan apartment for several bottles of olive oil...kitchen gadgets...cookbooks... I feel like Veruca Salt: "I want it all!" Thanks @Sorted for enabling my food/kitchen addiction. ;-)

My first thought for an olive oil theme was olive oil ice cream, so I'm really glad one of the lads did it. Barry's sundae and all the bamfey toppings are so appealing. I would absolutely eat it and I'm glad it worked out!
