Hate to be that guy again, but the regular version of the swift ring when leveled up provides a significantly higher speed boost than the polished version you say to use. This is because regular swift ring starts at a lower level and therefore can be upgraded many more times, totally overcoming the polished version that can only be upgraded a few times. This same level difference is true with the bag. The explorers pack can be leveled a lot, signficantly passing the speed boost provided by the morpha bag thats initally a high level and therefore can only be upgraded a few times. You also didn't mention a crucial detail, the dash feathers do not give any running xp when it is in use (the duration of the dash). Thus, using a dash feather slows down running xp gain by a TON (which is totally unintuitive and ought to be changed) Have azeos dash feather equipped for speed boost, but do not actually use its dash! Also why do you say the spirit veil gold bomb pepper is best combo. It's more accurate to say spirit veil with any gold crop is best food (because adding any gold crop to a dish always boosts all stats). Using gold bomb pepper with spirit veils is actually unwise because the main buff of the bomb pepper (speed) is made useless because its replaced by the higher boost from spirit veil (NOT combined, replaced). Therefore its ultimately better to use a different gold crop so you actually benefit from a different buff instead of outright replacing it, and thus wasting it. Lastly, you didn't mention the speed buff potion sold by the vending machine which stacks with everything else and signficantly boosts speed. Also you should emphasize upgrading equipment more. Its crucial. And the gay conversion camp? 💀 bro is getting a little off topic

Bikini Bottoms Give 8.7% speed boost fully upgraded, but the full upgraded Gemstone Harem pants are 9%. Not a big increase no, BUT with the bikini you have to upgrade it 8 times, but with gemstone pants it's only twice. Seems like a better deal!
It does! But reinforced Bikini bottoms give 10%! And Gemstone Pants only 9%. But ye, there are several mistakes with in-deep mechanics that I could've researched better. I'll do my best next time. Would've been great to have people like you help me out with answering my questions on discord ;D
At level 18 Normal fleeting rings have better run speed, as well as exolorer backpack, cave coffee from vending machine can be used to stack with. The bag that gives 10 slots uhhh mining set and talents can be use to swap, break a wall and add 36% run speed, holding a maxed out scarlet drill gives a fair amount too. I can get over 360% movement speed with all of this set up.. can I control my character at this speed? Barely hahaha

Up to you, kind sir. If you're using macro - you can just tell your character to go left and right. But if you're planning to basically cheat - you might as well just use mods to set your skills to max in a second.
