Love your videos and your purchases usually populate my TJ list. I'm finding your wavy price and item name hard to read. Can you consider going back to how you used to show the prices?
Thanks for your feedback!
Love the longer videos! The longer, the better!
That’s so sweet what you do with cards! I love this haul!! I loved amped up almond I would keep them in the fridge in the summer after the beach I would eat them so good get energy! I miss them!
My favorite seasoning at TJ’s is a tie between green goddess and the zaatar (which I think they discontinued because I haven’t seen it in ages). I also love the pizza seasoning. I use it on chicken, pork, veggies. So good.
i absolutely love the artichokes packets. Its a staple Thank you for introducing them
Glad you like them!
Super excited to be going to TJ on Monday with my work friends- van has been rented, coolers ready!! Thanks for the inspiration!!! ❤
That is awesome! Sounds like such fun!
My favorite seasoning was the Chickenless Vegan Seasoning. It was so good and versatile, from veggies, to baked or mashed potatoes, soups, homemade gravy . . . I hope they bring it back. 👍
100% agree with you about farm raised fish! We have to have a more sustainable source of fish and seafood than wild to feed the world. The ocean is already overfished. P. S. Your mums look great!
I’m loving your health tips! Just found your channel and subscribed. 😍
I’m new to your channel and already using it to help make my grocery list. I’m in grad school and on a very tight budget so I find your reviews so helpful!!
Does anyone else buy cheese and then not eat it?! I like cheese. When I am at the store I see all the cheeses and they sound great so I buy them, bring them home, put them in the fridge…and usually leave them untouched until I have to throw them away. Why do I do this? 😅. Please tell me I am not the only one who does this. 😀
You and me both! I do the same thing and I will even tell my husband that I’m feeling snacky. Just constantly forget that I have cheese in the fridge and could just eat it with a few crackers…😢
I do the same, alas.
Unfortunately no cheese goes bad in my house lol
Thank you for the farm-raised fish lesson...once I see that on a label, I'm out. But I will definitely try this salmon!
It’s really good and so easy! I never bought it either until Natasha convinced me about a year ago and now it’s one of my favorites.
The Green Goddess seasoning is my absolute favorite! If they ever discontinue it, that will be a sad day because I use it on so much. My favorite use for it is on roasted vegetables. So good!!!
It's so good!
Our family's favorite seasonings are: 21 Salute (salt free), Chili Lime, Everything but Elote, Umami and Furikake.
those are all very good!
I can’t wait to try the new Frooze Balls. I realize they have a lot of sugar but an occasional treat, yes. I love the old ones. So good.
I think the reason we have to add lime/lemon/citrus juice at the end (to get the full flavor) is because a lot of the flavor is from compounds, citric acid and ascorbic acid (vitamin c), that are easily destroyed/damaged by heat so if you add it early and then cook it, you lose a lot more of the flavor, and the health benefits, than if you add citrus juice at the end.
very true!
I think my favorite seasoning @ TJs is the Mushroom & Company-multi purposes Umami seasoning. 🍄🤔 it’s hard to find year round, I put it on roasted veggies, a sweet or baked potato. Just LOVE! 🫶🏼
It's so good!
First time watching your videos. My favorite seasoning is everything but the elote I think it’s called
I cant buy the dill chips bc I will eat the entire bag in 1 sitting. I am sure that I am not alone!!
Fyi....I enjoy your vids immensely. 1 thing that I look forward to ea week. I don't care how long the vids run!! Thanks 😊
I enjoy them, too, as I have been watching for YEARS. That's one reason I feel comfortable asking questions.
Favorite spice: Everything But The Elote... I use it on everything!
so good!
Have you made bone broth. I made some yesterday. Save all bones from chicken, beef, and lamb, and freeze until you have enough to fill your slow cooker half way+.
I’ve been making my own for a few years now! So easy in an instant pot and taste better than store bought!
I finally tried one of the acerola shots, they are a bit more sour than expected but I did like it. I bought 3 so I have 2 left. I figured I could use the immunity boost as everyone around me seems to be getting sick. Got to stay healthy so I gave it a shot!! 😂
I just put whatever comes in plastic to cook in in regular pans or pots, or a glass bowl for the microwave. No need to eat any amount of hot plastic ❤
thanks!
Natasha OMG My husband and I tried the Sumo orange. I will never by another orange of any kind but those… Love your videos.. I started shopping at Trader Joe’s because I was curious…Found the chocolate covered almonds you like but they are in Massachusetts a bit of a drive for you
Thanks for sharing!!
Ever since mystery bags came back I am obSEEEESSSSEEED! Do you have a collection? I would love to see that in a video :)
Not a huge collection- but I have several!
You gotta try the salsa verde chips!!! They're so good
I've had them before! They are so good!
A lot of snacking in the video 😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤
always!
I love Darjeeling tea so much. My go-to is usually Twinings but if I see this I will be buying it. I love the flavor of Darjeeling.
How many pods in the box of dishwasher pods?? I couldn’t see it.
Hope you love this tea! There are 20 pods in the box
I bought the pilaf. Mixed it with new frozen eggplant dish. It was good. Probably won’t be rebuying.
I may try that flavor combo!
I think the tea word you are thinking of is steep. 😊
Yes thank you!
Wow, dont the pickle items usally show up much later? But Im cool with it!
Usually! But I'm ok with it too!
I was rather disappointed in the chicken, lentil...pilaf. I'm not sure why, but I just found it to be bland with a weird texture, and they might as well have left the chicken out. I ended up putting it in the green recycle/compost bin. Normally I like most T.J's items; I've been shopping there since the 90's--or whenever the first San Diego store appeared. Have you tried the pinwheel salmon in the fresh fish section? Good!
Yes I have tried that salmon! It's Simon's mom's favorite!
I could swear I’m hearing Simon making reaction sound effects in the background 😂
LOL!
I'm a green tea drinker. I'm off to tjs tomorrow
enjoy!
Will you share that pasta recipe?
instagram.com/p/C1_IRVHLsYr/ on my Instagram!
Thank you!@@natashaslist
I would like the recipe for the pasta dish. Maybe I would make it but I don’t like to cook.
instagram.com/p/C1_IRVHLsYr/ posted to my Instagram!
I love the umami and the ranch. I’m very sad they took the vegan chicken seasoning away. Was that everywhere or just around here?
It was discontinued everywhere
I was so sad they discontinued the chickenless seasoning too!
The new price notification IS very hard to read. Please go back to the old way!
Thanks for your feedback!
Hi Natasha, I'm a long time viewer with a quick question...is there an average time duration you strive for with the videos? I usually watch you before I run out to TJs, but the videos seem extra long. Or maybe it's just my anxiousness to get to Trader Joe's once the video ends. Just wondering.
I like the length and pacing of the videos very much. If you’re afraid your store will sell out before you can drive there, call them and ask them to hold it for you. That way you’ll also find out if they have it at all yet. Maybe they don’t have it but it’s coming in the next day. If you call you’ll save yourself a wasted trip.
You can go to settings and speed it up - 1.25+, I do this for a lot of videos I watch that are longer! Hope this helps!
can't wait for your nutella
Me too!
coming soon!
Doesn't the detergent get rock-hard if not stored in plastic?
They’re in the plastic cubes you put directly in the dishwasher
I use the green peas in my lamb stew.
My plumber says never to use the packet ones which is a bummer but I agree these are pretty good.
I miss amped up almonds!
same!
The pilaf looks good but I believe they would have been better off without the chicken.
Hope you like it!
Organic still sprays pesticides 😂😂😂
I've heard from others who have also said that they font taste the carmelized onions in that chicken amd lentils dish. I don't understand tjst because carmelized onions have lots of flavor. So I will definitely pass on that!
So strange!
