I absolutely love this! "Well I just know, because I can taste it while I'm cooking it, that's what a chef is suppose to be." is how I have always cooked. My favourite thing to do is think about food, I like to think about dishes and deconstruct them, then put them back together again in different ways (and yes, sometimes different ingredients.) Really cool what he did with the original product, you earned my sub! One point of feedback is to do a before/after at the end to show the contrast between just how terrible it used to be, and what you were able to do to make it so much better.

The absolute GOAT. So relatable, yet with that special sternness, charisma and likability many chefs tend to have without constantly saying how Gorgeous and Amazing everything is as soon as they season their food (looking at you Gordon). Love it. Where is his restaurant? Obviously in the states I guess, but if I ever get to go?

Him saying "I can taste it when I'm cooking" I'm really getting into fun cooking expanding my boundaries and trying scary or more intimidating things in the kitchen and that's the most amazing thing I've heard about cooking. A chef is supposed to be able to taste the food as they're cooking it. I totally do that and add little spices here and there to try and enhance the food more
