BEFORE ASKING A QUESTION PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: ___________________________________________________________ Q: How do you clip through walls and laser gates? A: It's called a PBC, lagging the game enough to put us through the wall. Q: Why is my PBC not working? A: You have to enter photo mode at least once after you boot up the game for it to work. And if you’re on XBox, PBCs are just harder. Q: What is happening at 5:21? A: This is a piece of tech called vine/grate launches. If you do a push and jump when Cal is against a grate or vine, The game will shoot him back fast then let him grab the vine. But if we PBC while the game is slinging him around, we can launch huge distances. Right now, We use this once on Coruscant and 3 times on Koboh Q: How are you getting across that gap at 20:18? A: We do a launch of a strange piece of geometry to get some height, And then abuse a bug with the air-dash that lets us lock onto enemies that should be out of range. We do the air-dash through the balloon because if you dash at just the right height, Cal's feet will touch solid ground inside the balloon’s hitbox, and it will refresh his jedi flip giving us another jump. Q: Why does your Nekko jump so high? A: It’s a trick called a Nekko Jump. Pretty much if you PBC right when the Nekko’s feet leave the ground, we get a huge boost in height. Q: What are you doing with the Nekko at 25:43? A: This is a Nekko warp. By entering into an airwalk state and ending it by mounting a Nekko, You are able to warp to any medpoint with a Nekko. The reason we do this is because doing a Nekko jump is the only way we can get enough height to do the mantis clip.
any idea why i get hard locked on the travel console in mantis trying to go to tanalorr ? essentially, i cant fight the last boss fight. playing on PS5. cant do the pbl launches or the mantis clip.
@@jakemastrofski1868 so pretty much we’re supposed to activate a mini preview of tanalorr and for some reason that preview loads a part of tanalorr. but because we skip dagan tanalorr loads in partially unfinished which includes strange lighting and some missing ground. idk why that cutscene loads part of tanalorr but it tracks with the pattern of weird dev decisions
24:08 I’m assuming you skipped so much of the game that the cutscene just doesn’t exist anymore. Weird to see that this is the template for the unfinished cinematic. Cool… but weird to see
So, having watched the ways you have skipped basically all the game, is how far the player progresses through this game, based on where Cal is physically?
Looser. Beating the game in such a way is NOT a legitimate way of beating it. It has nothing to do with skill. Avoiding puzzles, bosses and everything basically.
I personally don't like this way of playing, but to claim that it "has nothing to do with skill" is simply wrong. There are _different_ skills required than a glitchless run (for example, very precise timing and movement sometimes to get a glitch to occur, and often the ingenuity to realize such things are possible).

lmao the trooper confusion at the beginning of the game had my dying
U got me hooked on these runs. Can't wait for the sub 30
Love how at the beginning it’s just cal having a schizophrenic meltdown
Best for my family. Wow, game’s broken. I wonder if they’ll end up patching any of this
I'm leaning towards no after their accidental patching in of the fly glitch in fallen order lol

Funny how merrin just pops up
Why does "It's not your playtime now" keep coming up?
it’s just a setting on my ps5 i can’t turn off
When mom owns the PS5
Im dewed up watching this
Amazing run, loved watching the PBCs and can't believe some of them worked. How did you beat K-405 in one hit?
a few minutes before fighting him i equipped the purity perk which lets you do a lot more damage, glad you enjoyed
@@hdew0479 That's crazy that it's THAT much of a buff. Also, any idea why is the fight with Bode in the dark?

that was so cool
How did you confuse the trooper at the beginning?
it’s a bug with NJ+ for some reason the devs let you start out with that ability

yeah the assumption is that the game is not prepared for you to activate that cutscene at all and doesn’t even have it loaded at that point lol
So, having watched the ways you have skipped basically all the game, is how far the player progresses through this game, based on where Cal is physically?
i’m not sure i understand what you mean? yes you have to do all the tricks with cal there’s no way to break the camera away
why did u switch u grand master?
so i could die quicker for a death warp

we have a glitchless category for people like you
This is infinitely more difficult than glitchless (not to degrade that category, glitchless looks like a ton of fun, actually)
@hdew0479 how dare you play a game that you paid for anyway you want to!

everybody is allowed to run the game their own preferred way
