MAN, this machine gives goosebumps!
I remember back in 1992 the machine shop I was at bought their very first CNC milling center. Watching the pros move everything with forklifts and skates and bars. Those boys know what they are doing. Moved everything and set up the machine without scratching anything. It was a small shop so we had to do some juggling to make it work, but I was in awe at how professional those guys are.
I handled the trucking for this job Satellite Specialized Transportation, the rigger is J Mor Machinery movers out of Dallas. J Mor is actually also a customer of ours. Great guys who do great work. They recently handled a 30 machine install in Rockwall TX when I moved an Arms Manufacturer to their new facility from CA, Can you imagine a gun company leaving CA???
Amazing how far technology has come. I remember when I was a kid and my grandfather took me to his workplace to show me how a lathe works and you had to do every measurement by hand. It took tremendous skill to be good at it. I wish he could see these beast CNC machines....I wonder what he would say about them.

Retired sparky here and can remember when the CNC machines doubled their tool ho!sets to 24. Thought they would never go much higher then that but WOW a 240 tool holder. One smart tool & die/ machine shop that I did electrical work for would never keep a CNC machine more then 5 years. Ran most of them 24/6 and told me they paid for themselves and new ones were always fadter..
I've seen Titan say crazy a million times but this IS CRAZY!!!

This is cool stuff. People in the first shop I was in didn't understand what you were doing on the OG tv show and tried replicating it which turned me off to "Titans", but I moved beyond that to see you guys are doing what you can to show people possibilities. My coworkers didn't understand the variables at play, and many other commenters don't seem to either, but with the right equipment, staff, and know-how, you can get it done. Thanks for spreading knowledge

I've seen all your new machine day videos, and this one blows the others away. Something I've wondered is, what do you do with all of those huge boxes left over? Do they take them back, or do you make tree condos for your kids?

What amazes me about Titan is his back story.! From fighting for a living to one of the most difficult and complex manufacturing disciplines in engineering…and that he seemingly took to it like a duck to water… 3,5, -12 axis cnc it makes my head hurt just thinking about it… I don’t know if all the head shots rewired his brain to sync with machine code, or if it’s one of those genius autistism things but no matter how it came about initially he’s payed his due’s in the business and is reaping the rewards “ Respect”.!!👍

Used to work on similar system Palletech from Mazak. You could have rows of tombstones stacked up as well. Attach more machines to it and you have beast production system that can be operated by one person 👌. Been there, done it🤙 Fantastic addition guys 👏

How deep is the slab on your building? And did you ever have to make the slab thicker for certain machines?

@@Marredona592 I've got one coming out soon where we get it loaded with some tombstones but it's just a quick overview and really all I go over is how to manually move it. After that I am starting the videos of how to add programs, fixtures, setup sheets, and all of it and how to run it. It's in the works so over the next several weeks there should be more and more content coming out with this machine. Thank you for your patience!

Do you guys still have an actual business making parts for industry…or are you basically a training facility that sells tooling and gets these machines placed in your facility for free in return for you promoting them on TH-cam? How does it work over there these days?

@JOSEPH-vs2gc well I mean if you understand his back story it makes sense. I get what you're saying but the VERY short story is that when he found machining and CNC it unlocked a passion he never knew about and essentially turned his life around, hence why he geeks out sometimes.
He's been trying to tear down any gateway to make the same opportunity available to anyone. Yes He's making money while doing it but hey, good for him.

i worked on the nhp 5000 and it was the roughing machine :D. only big massive parts with shellmills and 20mm mills. the door was always shaking haha no problem for this machine.
