- Klezmer is an instrumental musical tradition of the Ashkenazi Jews of Central and Eastern Europe. The essential elements of the tradition include dance tunes, ritual melodies, and virtuosic improvisations played for listening; these would have been played at weddings and other social functions.

Why is Klezmer music so sad and haunting?
God blesses without difference. God does not favour one individual/nation more than another. It’s the mind set of each individual/nation, that assumes otherwise. Who am I to claim preferential treatment. EVERYONE, every nation must simply bow to God, be subordinate. Be free of mental assumptions. Only then will INHERENT PEACE be the norm. Blessings. Be happy because happiness and joy is God living us.

But that is no reason to steal and occupy land, harass, discriminate and make a genocide on others. Why do Palestinians have to pay for the immense suffering of Jews in Europe, of which they were not guilty at all? It would have been much fairer to make Germany compensate its horrendous crimes by giving a part of its territories to Jews to form a safe state. I wonder why that did not happen...Instead, a new holocaust is now looming in Gaza, this is sososososo unfair, hideous and sad!
