Aye, it's going to be a tough one this weekend, Wayne. I;d have Patterson in goal, Cirkin, Ballard, Mepham and O'nien across the back, Neil, Rigg and Aouchiche in the middle, Watson on the left, Isidor up front and Mayenda on the right. That all adds up to a 1-0 win to Sunderland, happy days! Good video mate. HWTL
Other factors include Millwall/Leeds having the most points since Harris came in February. The Den will be sold out. Sunderland have won 1/12 at Millwall and FINALLY, ALL 4 forwards are fit for Millwall including our Cly=ub record signing who has only started once. Millwall 3 Sunderland 1
Hi bud , hope you’re well. Great detailed video as always 👍 Tricky game this , very physical dirty side , especially their captain cooper 😂 Like to see Connolly start and hopefully have a full 90 minutes. I think we may just pinch this , as long as the defence stays strong , I’m going 2-1 win for the lads . Have a good weekend, all the best 👍
Hi Wayne. You were right about Jobe Bellingham; there was a good player within him and he's now proving it. Last season I thought he was caught up in all the aggro between the head coaches and KS/KLD. Good on RLB for managing him well. That said, I agrree Wilson Isadore needs to lead the line on Saturday to focus our attack and moving him out left doesn't serm to make any sense.
Cheers David, I think your spot on about RLB finding his correct position and now we are seeing the benefits of that. I think we need to sign Wilson Isidor ASAP too.
Hi Wayne - I'm pretty sure Jobe won't want to move in Jan window, so he'll be staying. Same applies to Chris Rigg as both want to play regularly. I'd play Tommy Watson to give him a good run of games while Mundle is out. Mayenda could be an option for RHS. It'll be interesting to see who RLB picks and how it works out. Cheers. Jim
Hi Jim, I really hope your right, I know he loves it here but if a big bid comes in for him, we know the owners won't hesitate to accept it. As for Saturday, Mayenda might not be a bad shout for RW. All the best.
@@onlyfoolsandsafc Owners know that Jobe's value is likely to increase in 6 months anyway, so there's no pressure on them to sell in Jan. They'll also take into account that promotion to PL via automatic or play offs would be a massive financial boost over any Jan transfer fee. We'll find out what their position is in the Jan window.
I am playing a back 3-4-3 Patterson Ballard Mepham Alese O'Nien Rigg Neil Cirkin Mayenda Isidor Watson Subs Moore,Johnson,Hjelde,Aleksic ,Jones,Aouchiche,Connolly,Rusyn. Not looking forward to it and think we'll get beat 1-0 and it will of course be Honeyman or Watmore that scores.
Tough game wayne i hope we can sbatch an away win or at least a 0-0 draw . The five players out are crucial and i hope the squad played are upto the job and can keep our rythym going keeping our present position .🤞👍🤔
This will be really hard test for Sunderland but I expect a 2 1 victory in the end , Sunderland must keep pressure on teams around them if they let them in or show signs of weakness they will be in like a rat up the drainpipe .
Great preview Wayne Id stick Ballard in the defense can't Mepham play right back? Put Aouchiche in midfield and play Rusyn Connelly and Isidor across the front with Isidor in the middle. But unfortunately I don't think it'll be enough this weekend Millwall 1 The Heroes 0 Apparently Patterson is back so straight back in the side for me. Have a great weekend mate All the best Tim
Hi Tim, Oh good shout about Mepham at RB, that might be the option you know, good spot. I think Patto will come straight back in too. Have a great one too mate.
This is one game where the young lads may struggle !!!! Always an intimidating atmosphere but we are very capable of taking the game to them o.k. they are playing well but hopefully our dip in form has gone & we can now kick on !!!! We need to be at it but we have the players to do it and no reason why not even though we are depleted in the ranks am sure we'll put up a good display FTM
Other factors include Millwall/Leeds having the most points since Harris came in February. The Den will be sold out. Sunderland have won 1/12 at Millwall and FINALLY, ALL 4 forwards are fit for Millwall including our Cly=ub record signing who has only started once. Millwall 3 Sunderland 1:)
I think you have to sell Jobe because he is leaving and if we are to stay up next season which is a big ask we need that money to do it. So long as the investment is properly done.
I think we know Jobe will go at some point and I really hope it's not soon and we get the price we want for him and not go cheap like has happened with players in the past, cheers mate.
5 missing and Mundle and Browne for about 8 weeks with the last three banned for that game. I'd go 3-5-2 with Mepham, Ballard and O9 as a back 3, Jewi, Rigg, Neil, Aouchiche and Cirkin then Mayenda and Isidor through the middle. 2-1 to us. Haway the lads.
I have a question why would u play Zak Johnson over Dan Ballard it literally makes no sense at all to give a young lad he's championship debut at one of the hardest places to go in the championship while leaving a very good defender at this level on the bench
@onlyfoolsandsafc if really doesn't want move O'Nien just put Ballard In at RB . Tbh there noway on this earth I can't see him not playing there on Saturday
Nothing against you boys, if we win this one it will be bigger than the burnley and leeds wins imo, good luck to you but we will be fcuking horrible saturday just hiw we like it it.
@markacky21 why not, Rusyn is not a striker, I've always thought he looks more effective out wide, IMO this is not the game for young Tommy Watson, he'll get bullied and I don't want Ba playing cos he'll just keep doing step overs and losing the ball
@ThaneME2 I agree he's probably a Winger but like Ba, Aouchiche probably to I just don't think he's anywhere near good enough. I actually agree with with u on the Waston but he's my team mainly because I don't know to play other then him. And that's part of the reason why I would play a back 3/5
@@markacky21 see that's why for me a back 3 doesn't work, even with a fully fit squad we haven't got the players that suit that system, a 3-5-2 is normally Le Bris preferred formation but he knows he hasn't got the players here to play that system, if Le Bris did go with a back 3 then I hope it pays off but for me I think it'll be a huge mistake and will play straight into Millwalls hands, for me the same formation but with different personnel will give us the best chance of getting a result, if we go with a back 3 and sit back for majority of the game and invite pressure we'll get beat
@ThaneME2 I am the other said to that we all know what Millwall is going to try and do and that is bully us so having as many with physical presence should surely help us not get bulled especially from set prices and we still should have players Isidor who should be hurt them . IMO I think what ever Le Bris does on Saturday its one of them where I don't think everyone will be comfortable with weather that's with the shape or certain players playing .
Well I don’t know what to expect at the new Den we seem to be going back to Dodds type of performances lately hope I’m wrang but me and the wife off London tomorrow afternoon for the match back Sunday hopefully with a result even a draw would be a canny point Wayne HTL ⚪️🔴🌑
Hi Jimmy, I agree we have been awful these last few weeks and I hope it's just a blip that most teams have in a season. Hopefully the 2 weeks off will have gave the players who weren't away a good break. Enjoy your weekend mate, hope yous have a great time.
Enjoy the greatest and most vibrant City in the World wth, officially,100,000 "Places Of Interests" in its 60,000. Have a lovely time but, kindly, come home pointless from The Den where you have won 1 out of the last 12 visits. Millwall FINALLY have all our 4 Forwards fit including our Club record signing and there may well be a full house. We, along with,Leeds, have the most points since Neil Harris returned in February, out of the current Championship teams.
I hate to say it but there seems to be an overly positive vibe in the predictions for this game. We are sadly lacking in players with current form and experience due to injury and suspension and this could be our biggest loss of the season. I’m saying a 3 -0 loss but hoping for a hero or two to emerge to surprise us in this one.
Thanks for this. Our 2 Home defeats were the dreaded passionless 12.30 Kick Offs at the start of the season.
Great video mate, really hard game 1-1 Isador to score 😁👍
2-1 Sunderland, Isidor. 1-Patto RB-Mepham LB-Cirkin CB-Ballard CB-O'nien DM-Neil CM-Rigg CM-Aouchiche LW-Watson RW-Aleksic ST-Isidor.
1-1 draw. I’ll be at that game this afternoon supporting the team
Hiya Wayne. Sunderland 2/1 Cirkin and Rigg to score . Come on lads do us proud again, draw is no good.
Aye, it's going to be a tough one this weekend, Wayne. Millwall win.
We’ve reverted back to last season’s form the past four games.
With all our key players out tomorrow we will struggle.

I'd definitely settle for that Malcolm.

I agree Gary, we are top for a reason and need to get them to worry about us.
I would go with O9 at right wing back with Ballard back in and Ba in for Roberts.
Millwall 1
Sunderland 1 Isador
Not a bad shout Ray, cheers.
1-1 but still hope its a win!
Me too John, me too.

Hi mate, I just don’t think RLB would move L09 or Mepham from CB so that just leaves Johnson as the only other option really.
@onlyfoolsandsafc if really doesn't want move O'Nien just put Ballard In at RB . Tbh there noway on this earth I can't see him not playing there on Saturday
