Why are accounts with no balance brought forward not included in the trial balance. Because capital usually has no balance brought forward. yet it is included. Pliz explains more on that

When there is no balance in the ledger account , the said account has no importance in appearing in the Trial Balance hence in most cases its ignored. Eg incase you had a motor Vehicle a.c and the vehicles were disposed and the account has zero balance there is no need to show MV account with zero balance
