Nice look at a nice Camry. Toyota did everyone a solid. They let us know well in advance what was coming. Giving you plenty of time to opt for a previous power plant. Really happy they didn't pull a Honda Accord on everyone. This still looks like a Camry and apparently now the sportier blue collar daily.
I like that Toyota kept a good looking platform, tweaked it slightly and went all in with the hybrid models. Honda took a great looking 10 gen and sucked all of the life with it in the 11th gen. Then split the baby with gas powered low end models and hybrid higher trims. I've been a Honda/Acura guy most of my car life. But I'd buy the Camry XSE ten times out of ten over the Accord Touring. It beats in every single category. The only potential issue is if Toyota dealers are going to continue to be aggresive with 'market pricing'. The MSRP is set to compete head to head with the Accord, but if dealers are throwing $3-5k 'regional or market' adjustment.....
I agree, being a Honda owner, I dont love the new Accord. 10th gen was imo, much better ( especially the 2.0t) I think mark ups, if there are many will go away soon as Toyota will make as many as needed. Its not a "specialty" vehicle. Thanks for watching!
You know what I find funny? I fully agree with your comment by the way. It's funny how people were crapping on the Camry with it's recycled platform.. but the older accord was cooler, more sporty. Generally just nicer. Can you imagine if Honda had done the same thing Toyota did? They'd have a winner on their hands instead of the most boring midsize known to man. 5 years ago id have taken the accord hands down. Now it's the opposite
Just get an LE and add heated seats and wheel package which leather wraps it too, and a standard sunroof which adds an electric seat and for 32k flat you have a great car. Once you add options wait for the 26 Lexus es350 hybrid which may have similar gas mileage much more horsepower and XLE plus level materials.
@@ericB3444Are Power tilt/slide moonroof (SR) optioned LEs available on the ground or in allocation pipeline in your Toyota region? None in mine (New England) and dealer says they can’t request LE to be built with Moonroof package.
@@gilbrook I’m not an insider. I’m just telling you based on the configurations I see on the website that would be the best deal overall for money. on top of that the LE gets better gas mileage.

Definitely. You can still buy 2024 Camry if that is what you prefer. That is a good option to have.
Do not buy the last James model. It is so ugly comparatively.
