Apparently, it's a hard sell being on and off the market but it's so nice! I like the new houses honestly because they usually have elevators and if you have an injury or disability (like me) the newer houses all have them if they are over two stories. I LOVE the open living. The only time I like the giant glass doors is with a view like that. This house is STUNNING. I just hate that the houses are thisclose to each other. I love the soft colors. Primary is a little too dark and masculine for me but I'd get over it!!! Just beautiful.
The natural stone in this house is absolutely beautiful
It went off market for a couple months and glad it’s back on the market, obviously will be sold for much less but still a truly beautiful and cozy interiors home comparing to it counterparts all over Bel Air.
It’s $6 million lower than 9 months ago when it first came on the market.
This house is really amazing!
The architect, Saota, has done some magnificent homes in South Africa! In Clifton and the Camps Bay area. The best of the best!
This is one of the best places I've seen on any of the TH-cam house tour channels. Keep it up and your channel will grow. Please stay away from motor homes, tiny 450 sq ft houses, and dilapidated old mansions. I'm sure you know who I'm talking about.
Absolutely awesome tour. I heavily criticized you before for doing a poor nighttime tour, this time you knocked it out of the park. I especially love the fact that you toured at a time during the day that allowed us see how the home looks illuminated at night. Again, kudos to you and your production team.

that stairs is so dangerous i would not use that everyday that will wear off eventually and break.
I honestly prefer house in Colorado or Utah than Bel Air. I just feel like the land price in Bel Air is so inflated so a 20 Mill house just feels like 10-15 Mill in the interior

He's 6,3" for reference, he's NEVER seen a bathroom this great on the channel. We get zero personality from him, Its just painfully robotic, monotonous, meaningless buzzword laden nothingness. It's a shame because he gets access to cool homes.
