With doing everything I can to make it work from Router editing, firewall troubleshooting, and smaller details here and there, I can conclude that it is my ISP at fault for blocking my connection. Most of the time it isn't your fault, the game was just rigged from the start. Best fix I can think of besides this option is Foundry creating another route to take that is secure (since this connection isn't secure that is where the major issues are from) like HTTPS. Or better yet, allow the GM to create the server themselves (like how Minecraft servers are made) so they can run their game on a stable foundation. With that, they'll also need to create a launching window for players to download and use (DM side doesn't need to change) instead of a web browser IP:port. They can keep the port forwarding as an option, but the more options they make available the better their program will be to different people with different issues.

Haha, no worries. For a lot of people you can host your game and your players will be able to connect right away without any additional setup. If your players cannot connect, this is the setup that can help you.
Many people have problems trying to self host when their internet provider is routing their neighborhood through CG NAT, which almost makes it impossible to host.
