Zach isn't going anywhere, Mike Brown doesn't care about winning or losing he just wants a football team and a stadium so the citizens of Cincinnati can come to and watch a football game on Sunday afternoon.
The Bengals offense has been excellent. Burrow has had some of his best games ever, Jamar Chase has been on fire. If the Bengals had only a top 15 defense, they would be in the drivers seat for a playoff spot and probably 2-0 against the Ravens. And you want to hire an offensive coach?
Zac's a nice guy and did some cool things like delivering game balls to local Cincy bars, but he definitely lacks that killer instinct sorely needed in the AFC North for the Bengals to be a dominant threat taken seriously. I don't know what's going on this year, but something needs to be changed, because the Bengals are too talented to be 4-8 right now. They always seem to be under prepared and/or too often predictable offensively. Granted, Joey B, Ja' Marr and Trey have been incredible this year, but obviously aren't enough to win when the defense rarely forces other teams to punt. Believe it or not, I think Rex Ryan might be a good fit as HC to prepare and motivate the Bengals, but apparently he wants to try again with the Jets. Belichick could definitely improve our defense and probably ride Joey B's greatness to a Super Bowl win just like he did with Tom Brady. But sadly, there's one problem, Mike Brown, who basically wants a "yes man" as HC of the Bengals running the ship, and definitely not a typically strong, but occasionally abrasive personality nor a proven, multi Super Bowl winning HC used to doing things "his way or the highway". No matter what happens, I've been a diehard Bengals fan since established in '68, and will be until the day I die! WHO DEY! (from "high" in Sin City)
I believe when you gave us reader, It fortified our defense And left a devastating blow to yours. Ben Johnson to the bengals. Has a good ring, but I don't know
The problem is Mike Brown and family. They don’t CARE about winning and are kryptonite to competent coaches. The Bengals will never win a superbowl with this LOSER family owning the organization.
Dude in 2022 the Bengals won their last 8 regular season games the Wildcard game and the divisional playoff games. Thats 10 games all in a row. And it was a MUCH harder schedule! The only difference now is that DJ Reader and Jessie Bates are gone. 2 of the best at their positions I know. But the Bengals have a fairly easy rest of their schedule. I could easily see them going 6-1. Especially when Tee Higgins gets back on the field.
Mike Brown will keep Taylor because of the salary he pays him just like duke Tobin and his very few scouts he use to get upset over excessive Gatorade during training camp used jock straps Mike Brown will never spend that much money on a coach
I hate to break it to you as a Lions fan, but if your organization is legitimately as cheap as you say they will never get him. Sure the current offensive players may interest him, but if they are unwilling to acquire the players he desires or pay him the salary he wishes he will never come. This past off-season the rumored salary he was requesting was close to $15 million a year. I imagine that has only risen since then. And seen as he is very wanted candidate I believe the competition for his services would be too large. However all the teams still have to contend with his desire to potentially stay in Detroit. He REALLY loves his job. Any job that would get him to move would have to be perfect. All that being said I think you guys have a good chance of being a wild card team. I know it may seem bleak, but I've seen that team catch fire before. Now I will say, I'm not entirely certain your coaching is the whole problem. Personnel I think is lacking in some key areas. I think it has to be the run game on both sides of the ball. It's EXTREMELY difficult to replace Joe Mixon and DJ Reader for pennies on the dollar because those two are fantastic players.
@@dashaallen Sure, I could be surprised, but I just listen to every coaches interview and have personally tracked everything this staff has done on field since they've been here, but I apparently know nothing because I'm a Lions fan and hIStoRy. I'm not taking that kinda mess from Bengals fans who've done equally little the last 50 years. I'm SO SCared of a team who's gotten blasted in every important game they've ever played. HAHA
@@raymondwhittenberg3873 Google how many SB's have the Lions played in. This comes up! lolol The Lions are one of the NFL's oldest franchises (founded in 1930), yet they have zero Super Bowl appearances and arguably the worst postseason résumé in league history.
Excuse the hell out of me for paying attention and listening to local and national reporters. Whatever dude🙄 have fun rooting for your team who alienates all its best players because its owner is poor and being just mid enough to be kinda relevant. You wanna talk history? Cause y’all’s historical record ain’t much different than ours, regular and post season, win percentages are nearly identical. Here’s the difference youngin, as irrelevant as Detroit was for 60 years they still have 4 titles (3 in five years). I know they aren’t super bowls but they still count. We’re either good for a while or really bad for a while, you blip into relevance once every 20 years. These are not the same.
The bengals using an escrow account to sign players. I do hope you realize the other 31 teams do the exact same thing they have to be able to show that they have the funds to the league before they offer up the contract for a player to sign
@@anthonya8496 I know that. My point is the Bengals owner is one of the most cash poor owners in the league - him putting the money in an escrow is more difficult to do and therefore means more I’m theorizing
The bengals don’t pay dead money to either coaches or players and Zack Taylor still has two years on his contract, remember owners win championships not coaches or players
@ this is not true We just can’t make horrible signings like geno stone and Sheldon Richardson Could of had Xavier McKinney for 4-8m instead of stones 2-14.
Unfortunately, the organization is caught up in the new era of overpaid QBs! No QB is worth fkg 200 +million. No football player is period . No one on the chiefs or the lions is making that kind of money
No bill belcheck sorry hire him he won alot of Superbowls ok wrong sorry hire Bill belcheck then wins will come sorry you are wrong zac Taylor needs to go

As a lifelong Bengals fan, YES... I would also take Flores

Welp gotta go 6 and 0 now
I've been saying the same thing, need to win 5 at least, if we do win 6 then that should get at least the 7 seed
Best fit for the franchise
