    In the good bad ugly vid Michael mentioned an affordable entry builder...who might that builder be? I find the concept interesting about the wood second story and I'll looking for builder options!!!

      Hi Mike! Pricing has been changing pretty frequently in this area, so the main entry level builder currently is DR Horton and they are building in Solera. They do block on the first and second floor, as well.

    Thanks so much for such a helpful video! Can you please share the other communities that have low amenities / low HOA fees like Greenbrook Village that you mentioned? Thanks!

      @SoldByChenkus  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure! Solera, Greenbrook, Summerfield, Riverwalk, and Indigo have the lowest fees in LWR.

    Are there other 55+ Active Communities other than the Del Web and Cresswind? As a single woman I’m looking for social amenities, Pickleball, a pool and exercise classes.

      Hi there! Not any others exclusively 55+ but the Esplanade communities tend to be very active and social, as well as Indigo and Windward which have lifestyle directors planning events!

    Are there any restrictions on adding a pool to a home, and what is a typical price of adding a pool?

    • @SoldByChenkus
      @SoldByChenkus  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No restrictions in most communities in LWR. Pool companies have specific code they need to abide by, which includes safety features. A basic pool with pavers and a cage starts at around $55,000 and can go upwards of $100,000 if you get really fancy!

    Which neighborhood would you say has the largest/best fitness center and community pool? We are interested in a more active lifestyle.

      Just my personal opinion but as of right now, LakeHouse Cove has some of the best amenities when it comes to fitness centers and pools. Azario will have an amazing one, as well, but it is currently not built. WIndward is going to have a great one, too, but it is currently under construction! How soon are you looking to move?

    Your choice criteria is backwards. Determine your price FIRST, proceed to step two.

    but property taxes are high

      @SoldByChenkus  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      It's all relative, really! Coming from a place like San Francisco or New York, taxes are much lower here.

    Where are the highest fees of HOA talk about that don’t give us $100 a year let us know what the most expensive are

    • @SoldByChenkus
      @SoldByChenkus  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi David, the most expensive are going to be the bundled golf communities because they have the most amenities and the golf membership included - Esplanade, Azario, Lakewood National.
      Country Club and Country Club East and the Lake Club right behind those as far as higher fees. Hope that helps!
