Sweet girl, I feel the exact same way. We understand how you feel. It’s so refreshing to hear someone be so openly, it’s so rare; but it’s so, so necessary. You’re incredibly, beautifully vulnerable-this really helped me feel seen. Thank you.
I feel you ❤ I live in Germany. My friend had to immigrate here because of the war in Ukraine. Now she's been alone for two years and it's hard for me to see the effect this is having on her... every time she picks up the phone it could be someone telling her family got k*lled... There are no words to hold this feeling. I totally agree with you; why are we still having wars? Keep going, belive in yourself, love yourself, you can do it! ❤
thank you for being so candid and putting your vuknerability out there. Even if it does''nt reach everyone, it has certainly touched the hearts of people like me, i resonate so much with this. Feeling too much has often become a burden for me and it is so so lonely and overwhelming. But i think that feeling too much is what gives life colour, youre doing amazing, stop putting so much pressue on yourself, feeling every emotion is the rawest form of human existence, so sit with it, do it when its hard, do it tired, because feeling too much is a gift.
I love you and I relate to you, know that your willingness to even show up to feeling and sharing is already a sense of compassion for yourself. put your hands to your heart, give yourself a hug and feel it all. You will survive this love
(let's see how the reupload pans out, in the hopes that it works) still gets to me to hear just how much fright there is in your voice in the start of the video. as you mention, the way this war is causing so much impact, to you (and to a lot of people, but with an emphasis on your life). if anything though, it gives me a lot of hope for people to see that you're able to face your own challenges head-on, and now in current day, you've also pulled through. from 'if I loved myself more then I wouldn't feel that bad' to the segment where you read out loud from your journal, all I can add to that is carry on Liz. in spite of the boundless fathom you might feel yourself confined in, at times anyway, you have this incredibly strong spark in you, it adds resilience, an iron will, like the embodiment of the saying that says hope can never be killed, at least not to a definite parameter. some people may hear what you say, thinking and perceiving your sensitive nature to be that of weakness, just remember that your sensitivity and kindness should never be mistaken for weakness, it's your strength. it's just fools in their immaterial, ignorant and blissful nature who's going to think like that. I've learned a lot from listening to you on stream, I hope you'll continue streaming now that you're moments away from embarking on a new chapter, but in any case, thank you Liz. thank you for sharing with us, like you say in the video, you're a gift to this world
