Central Theme: Shodō and Karate fundamentals such as dynamic, timing and hip movement.

Very good points made by Akita sensei nothing fancy or exaggerated my only concern is the position of the rear foot in the gyaku zuki why you keep your heel planted on the ground compromising the complete extension and reach of the punch and missing the push of the calves
Thank you for your comment and thoughts on this one. We are still practicing a more basic form in the video and one of the training purposes is to improve the flexibility of the hip and upper thigh. Of course there are other ways to execute this technique, depending on the situation and training purpose.
