My hunt for baingan aloo stops here. Thanku Sonia Barton. For, it fulfilled all the expectations I had. The texture, the color, all looks perfect. And I m not at all fussy for oily stuff. I simply love fried things, so I'm glad I finally found this superb preparation. One tip: this is even better when a bit stale, ie half a day later, & mix it wid leftover or fresh rice. It's amazing. ❤️👌❤️

I admire your cooking style, but the biggest insult to a vegetable is adding cream to it.
Baingan is a delicacy that does not need all these add-ons.
If you really admire this recipe than you do not need to be using such harsh language. If you don't like it, don't added it or could have said it politely. Cream is added in lots of other well known and most popular recipes; Sonia Barton did not invent it. If you still stick to your words, then go to tarla dalal, Sanjeev Kapoor and Ranveer brar TH-cam channel and tell them as well; and teach them how to cook. I don't know you and have nothing against you. Seriously, you need to show some respect to people who share their best recipes and ideas on social media. Or else there will be people like me reminding you, if not 🙂
