I think being an introvert have nothing to do with performing, basically an introvert and extrovert relates more to socializing, an introvert's energy gets drained by socializing with other people and an extrovert gain energy from interacting with other people. A performance and public speaking is you putting a "performance" to other people but you're not really socializing that much. Now its true that most introvert are a bit more shy and less likely to go out in public performing. But a performance is where you show a version of yourself (doesn't have to be fake but can just be a more confident version of yourself) to other people. Im an introvert and i don't like performing but not because im an introvert, but because im shy. But i do not go to bars and hang out in clubs because im an introvert and id rather spend time with my thoughts rather than interacting with people i don't know.

Tzuyu is Taiwanese, and the Chinese language has sounds that aren't common or even exist in Korean (or English). When idols from Taiwan or China are based in South Korea, they sometimes adopt a "Korean pronunciation" of their name. I once saw a video where Tzuyu said how her name is actually pronounced in Chinese, and I think it was something like "tsoo-uu" -- I'm not sure how to write the second syllable phonetically because it's not a common sound in English. I'm Dutch and to me it sounded like the Dutch "u". But anyway, in Korea they just pronounce it "chuh-ee" (or "chewy"). Similarly, there's an idol from another group named Yuqi, who is from mainland China, and they pronounce her name "oo-gee" in Korean, even though in Chinese it's something like "you-chéé". When TWICE were on Kelly Clarkson's talk show in the USA, she also just told Kelly to say "chewy", so obviously it's perfectly acceptable, and what she's used to. ---- You might have picked up on it, but a note about terminology: In the English-speaking world, a "songwriter" is usually someone who "writes" music aka _composes_, while someone who writes lyrics might be called a "lyricist".
