  • Seven months after surgery, Tamil Nadu’s first bilateral hand transplant patient has started to tap a ball, use a mobile phone and drink water by holding a glass.
A resident of Dindigul, Narayanasamy, a mason, lost both hands in an electrocution in August 2015. In a surgery that lasted 13 hours, doctors transplanted two hands from a brain dead donor on Narayanasamy in February this year.

@Silent Innovator I look too old for my age...atleast 10 15 years old...that's just few things u cannot change, people for most part can't overlook others physique ...that's just human nature. That doest mean it should matter to you...you can always overlook or ignore your shortcomings. You can do this by watching as many people as you can(in public) and contemplate on their attributes and qualities that might be making them unique in their own lives( assume that he or she might be good at a few things, just think and imagine )...this should make you look beyond their physical capabilities and value the person in view, this way you will slowly learn to look for the real person within you through the skin that's of certain type embodying your true self....This crazy lil drill is my technique I do it all the time... observing others and admiring their imaginary qualities is my hobby ..this will bring positive side into action fr me, might work for you too. Cheers and good luck for all your future endeavours!!!

Everyone might thank on screen doctor, but I would also like to thank researchers who made this operation successful. Kudos to those who worked on nervous system - muscles etc and made this happen.
