Just received samples of his frags. Right now am digging Cigar Rum, Salted Green Mango, and Blood - Sangre Dulce they are awesome. Awesome house. Keep up the great reviews. Thank you for bringing us fragheads to this house. .
How did I miss this. I have quite a few Strangers, but only Scotch Peat from the ones in this vid. I agree with you that Scotch Peat is superb. Bloom now have some of these, but not all. Thanks for another great video.
I sampled Les Mauvais Garçons and fell in love with it. The opening to me doesn't stay, it goes away quite quickly but the middle and dry down are just breath taking...great spring/summer scent. I just ordered Salted Green Mango and can't wait to wear it. I've also tried Scotch Peat and really enjoy that one as well, that one may very well be the next purchase I make. I have Cigar Rum and Burning Ben and honestly believe that Strangers doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Great fragrances at an awesome price. Joe's comment relating to 'blueberry muffin' was very funny.
I just blind bought salted green mango I really dont know what mango smells like since I never ate any lol does it project and last long ? I also go 4 other samples from this line I guess I like the unknown when I blind buy hopefully it will be a good choice .
@@davidsugar2040 - I don't know what Mango smells like either but I wore it the other day and my wife said that smells good. I get about a 4-5hrs, but you can always reapply. This line of fragrance from Strangers I think is very affordable compared to the other two lines from the Perfumer which cost way more. Good luck with your fragrance and I wish you the best on your fragrance journey.
Great review as always guys, I might add that in my wife's home country of Colombia, salted green mango is something you buy in the street, it's not ripe mango, a lot harder texture than a ripe one almost like a green apple and not as sweet, they peel and slice it, put it in a cup or bag and sprinkle salt over it, so your description fits
I really wanted to love this Salted Green Mango. I love the initial green unripe mango scent, but it is so fleeting and disappears before the salty/seaweed combination dominates the rest of the fragrance. If the initial mango scent persisted throughout, it would be perfect and I would be grabbing a bottle immediately!
I tried some newer releases in Bloom today, Lumberjack Cologne was a particular favourite. Fantastic shop as well! One of them, Sombre, was completely bonkers. Mud, mould, pus and vomit all listed as notes....
@@WaftsfromTheLoft Sombre is really something, not sure what but it's something. There was me thinking I might just be slightly ahead of the game on you guys for once... not a chance! Keep up the great work 👍
Hi guys,Talk about heavy florals. My 1986 splash bottle kouros has arrived.the juice is dark and thick and I am test running it now all afternoon. The wife says it is a lovely kouros smell that is heavy on the florals but deep and musky
I was a little late to try the Pryn selection - was especially curious about Aranyaka and Aksum - but I did try some Strangers recently. I love Scotch Peat. If I had to choose a coffee fragrance, it would be SM Cafe, no doubt. Anyway, really cool, artful perfumes. Lots of joy in them.
I just ordered a sample of the sm cafe is it like you spilled straight coffee on you or a latte? I blind bought salted mango never smelled anything from this house at all .
Really enjoyed the video as always gentlemen. I have some samples of Prin’s other line, Prissana, on the way. I’m very excited about those, as I loved Haxan. I urge you both to try Di Ser if you can get a hold of them...beautiful, natural Japanese fragrances. I think you two would really enjoy them. Cheers!
I would love to see a video of you guys reviewing Hans Hendleys line, Hendley Perfumes. My reaction to his fragrance Amora is similar to what you said about Sangre Dulce, I expected to dislike it based upon the notes list but it blew me away.
All those church bells on the back ground 😇 very nice in combination with your description of the perfumes. I think you don’t even notice the sound . 🤣 It smells delicious there I imagine, mmmm thank you Bye Mirjam
Great overview! I like how you pointed out he skips past the top notes. It says alot on the house and your reviewing style. 70 USD for 30ml is VERY good value. And they have travel sizes which are even better. An indie perfumer in the US would typically charge USD 110-130 for the same size. I was originally interested in salted green mango (because of good vibes from Fragranceview) but uhhh...I want mango, not pomelo. And the way you described the green astringency brings to mind Jacques Fath Green Water which is something i like (but poor performer).
Yes, they really are great value. Don’t get my wrong, SGM is an awesome fragrance, and as we said I can definitely see it being one of the best sellers. It will be perfect for the summer
Fabulous video, I sniffed along with you for some of them. I find salted mango almost issy miyake like but on steroids! Aroon Sawat is good, it feels quite vintage to me and I totally get the heat that you talk about. Sangre Dulce reminds me a bit of Lush I’m Home, so rich, perhaps too rich for my taste but I’ve yet to try on skin.
I got free 100 gift card from boss at work and I bought salted green mango with the money I have not smelled anything from this line so I will be blind buy I also got 4 other samples from this line looking forward to smell it .
Guys...scotch peat has driven me crazy not because it not beautiful but i found close to the cheap 15$ one man show of jaque bogart green juice!!! Sprayed it once on my hand...i will sell it...

Fernando Garcia a pleasure. They need to be shared!
These all sound so beautiful, I’m ready to blind buy Aroon Sawat and maybe Sangre Dulce. Salted Green Mango is tempting too.
If you can afford them....
I love ❤️ Salted Green Mango. Wore every day this Spring! #prinlomos #strangersparfumerie
I ordered several samples and GREEN MONGO, SCOTCH PEAT AND CIGAR RUM are my favorites. Awesome house. Great review guys. Love your channel.
Thanks! They’re great!

Just about finished a bottle of Oliver from this house and I will order a second one. Thanks for directing us to Bloom.

@@joecochran7797 thank you for the reply never had a mango note in a fragerance yet so it peaked my interest for a different non generic summer scent
Quite excited as I've just ordered a few of Strangers Perfumerie's fragrances including your recommendation Scotch Peat.
Enjoy!

Rocky Malamute ah, that makes sense!
It’s always great when people can help inform us, thanks!
@@WaftsfromTheLoft glad to help 😀, might I enquire if you did away with autofocus as neither of you faded in and out like before, much better
Yes!
Loved this. Of the few I've smelled from Prin I'm highly impressed. I'll be in Bloom in July so I'm going to sniff them all!

Thanks for your thoughts. A Zoologist / Prin collaboration you say?!!??! I'm holding my breath!!!
Mary McCullough it’s really great! Very Prin, and unlike any other Zoologist fragrance
SM CAFE is an authentic coffee note. Very different but well made.

Sangria and LSD is great 👍
Salted green mango becomes Issey Miyake after couple of hours
I can see that you're trying to get the ceiling in frame, but your heads so low feels odd to the viewer. Great video though.
