maybe think about gettin some sandless sandbags on the legs behind the weights. thanks for the review tho i bought an aqua bag around 53 kg and im concerned the pull up bar against the wall will pull and damage the wall so im may resort to this for safe side
picking one up from someone off of offer up today!
great review 🥊❤
You ever tried putting the heavy bag on the speed bad side to give you more movement when training? Would it work?
I don’t recommend that. Don’t think it’s strong enough
That’s what I’m wondering
I'm not sure but if you put more weights on maybe it wouldn't shake that much.

@@BigDonch Can this be kept outside by the way??
Does it come with the bags or do you have to get those?
You have to buy them separately
what are loop hooks on bottom base for? Can you use a double end bag there from top hook to bottom?
A heavy bag will usually have a loop at the bottom that you can tie it to the ground or stability. I’m sure you can do the same with a double end bag
I gotta get me one of these.
I recommend
Does the base come off the stand to move it.
I’m not sure exactly what you mean
How big was your heavy bag?
100 pounds
How tall is it top to bottom
86 inches
