@@CreatorAcademyAustraliaI’m not on a robotics team now I’m switching between schools and I’m not even 100% I’m going to make the team but I hope so in all of my videos I’m the only one that builds the robot other than the first dump bot design I had
Hey, awesome bot! I just had a few questions. What is the motor distribution? Such as, how many motors for each element of the bot? Can we have a closer look at the underside of the drivetrain?
Why share ideas on TH-cam? Don't you see that this limits children's thinking and makes them lazy and limited in their imagination? I know that sharing ideas contributes significantly to developing a child's level in robotics, but I see that this limits the child's work in building the robot they imagined for the first time. Great job! Good luck!

It's very challenging to balance this- some kids (and mentors!) are new and struggle without seeing lots of ideas online- good to watch widely to learn to assess pros/cons. Some may just copy the metabot. There's no way to stop people posting bots from week 1, but we try to mostly show mechanisms (and not even tuned ones) early season to get those creative juices flowing!
Love the design if they have pneumatics they can do a adjustable shooter mech that is very cool
Your pneumatic adjustable shooter video is fantastic, what team are you from? Garry

How does the catapult wok and also how are the rollers adjusting to the size?
Hi! This robot uses the same ratchet catapult as Swish, and the rollers have rubber bands to conform with the shape of the ball. Garry

Hi! It has 4 motors for drivetrain, 1 motor intake and 1 motor catapult. Version 2 video will be coming soon. Garry
Very interesting concept
Hey great robot I was wondering if it can hold two balls
Hey! Can't wait to show you version 2 of this robot ;) Garry
When is Pyromania gonna get our showcase?
Cool bot can I get the building instructions please
i was just waiting for it to shoot in the high goal but it never did😂 I assume tiny heatwave is solving that now!
Yep, they’re working on it! 😁
how many motors?
6 motors total. Garry
Hmm

As you said: seeing more ideas will improve a child’s learning. Teams can get inspiration (or not) from this design. Garry
