Afternoon Max Just back to training after a minor stroke, but here’s the thing, the docs said “whatever you where doing prior the stroke get back to it soon as you are able” massive setback but doing 60 per 20 minutes and building. Thanks Max I truly believe the training saved my life.
Best fitness channel on the Internet. Form = safety from injury in highly repetitive exercise = best physical result. I've had to retrain form 3 times since starting the BDP. WORTH.
