Many lives were lost. Both weebs and casuals alike where caught in the crossfire. Brother against brother, houses divided.... all over who was indeed the best girl.
Was it worth it?
For one faction it was while four other groups tasted bitter defeat.
That sounds like half of all the waifu wars out there. The other half consists of those where no victor was achieved, with a small sliver going to Amagami SS and Fate/stay night where each wins in alternate chronologies.

Already saw it but HELL YAAAA!! This was actually one of my favorites of last season's anime :))

He played them five like a bagpipe. Everything was orchestrated since the beginning with imouto and dad working along their parts of the script. When he acted clumsy or shy, he was just luring them in with false sense of superiority over him. They might have thought that they can shoo him away with their simple rich girl rudeness, but quints where trapped in the palm of his hand since the beginning. The moment he "dropped" his test sheet near their table I understood that they stood no chance. He was calm and calculating, while his imouto destroyed Itsuki in a battle of wills, knowing that everything can be excused by "kids being kids, not watching what they say". A work of a master I dare say.
This over-analysis deeply confuses me🤣🤣

Yeah... and? That was literally her only character trait. In fact, her doormat attitude is mentioned to be an issue halfway through the series... does it go somewhere? Not really, she remains a nice energetic doormat to the very end.

Haruba Negi created a masterpiece. The manga is almost complete and the identity of the bride has finally been revealed. I won’t spoil it here but I will say Negi kept me guessing for most of the manga’s run. IMO, the best girl won.

I’m wondering if the fact that the bride has three flowers on her hair band is foreshadowing Miku? This doesn’t feel like, at least not the manga, the type of romcom that would go for a ‘marry them all’ ending but I’m starting to feel that we’ve been given enough hints that it’s going that way to make it worthy of speculation.
This is my first time actually watching an anime and I’m 10 mins and 13 seconds in I like. Wish me luck

Over the past three days I went on a binge fest of catching up with the manga. This is what I think of each girl.
Miku, for the longest time and I would be happy if she get chosen. Once she took a backseat in the chase. I didn’t root for her as much but then she took action and I would be happy if it was her who gets chosen.
Ichika, I didn’t love her character but I didn’t hate her character either. I wouldn’t have minded if she won, but after chapter 80 and 83. I couldn’t root for her anymore. I didn’t think she deserved to win after what she did.
Nino, I liked her character after that initial arc. She was very cold but slowly opened up, we could she her grow, change, get closer to everyone, and after chapter 59 i was rooting for her.
Itsuki, I liked her character but I never really rooted for her. She was more of a troublesome friend that you care about deeply but don’t invest romantically. If she is chosen I’d feel as if it would be a first girl syndrome where the first girl we are introduced to wins just because.
Yotsuba, for the longest time I really liked her character but she was more of the energetic best friend that would cheer you on. Not one that fell in love with you. That all changed after chapter 90. After that we can see her in a new light, see all the thoughts that we could not read and it opens the story up so much. I really want it to be her but I had doubts since she didn’t do much to pressuring a relationship.
Only suggestion,:
-You could skip reading past Volume 9 if want
