I have owned those saddle and cantle bags on the same rack for almost 4 years. I never had it slip, shift or dump in many miles of off road riding in the Wyoming high country. The shock absorbing seat post and C9 series seat are a life saver on the rocky trails I normally ride. A roll up 25-50 watt solar panel, usb battery packs, electric battery pump, a jar of Slime is another plus to have. If only ride in the city roads, city parks, developed trails or state parks… maybe not so much. But I have been 100 plus miles back in the remote wilderness on my non electric bike and used everything on your video and then some… cooking, sleeping and lightweight tents are an entirely different video… but it is good to be one with the planet
The ros pantry bag in a bit small for groceries...if you ride at night or dark grey days, blinkers for the sides not just rear is a must... The MIK system for bags and baskets is what i use...
Excellent Video! 10 mos now and I did it trial and error... My T42 frame is like your XP2.0... I got a C9 seat and a Suntour NCX seatpost (with shim). Rockbros bag w/paniers, and Rear view mirror, Had me going! I added a helmet after being knocked out for 15 minutes after a bad wreck...
We just bought 2 xp 3.0's that came with a portable electric air pump. It charges via usb and can be used as an usb charger. It includes a flashlight and emergency light. You set the desired air pressure, connect it to the tire (or other item as it includes a bag of various connectors). Hit start and in seconds it will go from 0 to 30 psi (what i chose for tire pressure). As my wife and I both have a bike that included the pump we have a spare. If you are solo it may be good to have a manual pump as a backup.
No! go with camera mount on back and video rear view screen mounted up front for great wide angle view of what's behind you. I got the Antook Bike mirror camera $80. MUCH better than a side mount mirrow that requires constant adjusting
Sage advice. I've ridden one of my 2 ebikes 9 months a year, at least. It's my only transportation right now. Rack and saddlebags amd rear rack. With a backpack too I do my shopping 0 pollution penny a mile to ride. Ha ha, i dont need gas anymore! Respect those of us on the road, while others burn gas. Theyll be millions of us someday, sticking together. I can't wait.
@@Mark-qv4bn I did the math. I can go ten miles for 2.6 cents. People don’t laugh after I tell them the savings cost. Even my insurance is one month’s car insurance rate. Plus I love riding so it’s a win/win.
Hi guys. I ordered several of the items you featured...tubes, seat and seat post. I'm pretty happy with the seat and tubes. But the seat post isn't correct for these ebikes. I have the XP 3.0 and my wife has the step through white. The original seat posts are 31.8mm diameter. The Zoom post is 31.6mm. Consequently, the Zoom is too small to fit - as you discovered in your video. After riding is around with some masking tape wrapped around the shaft, it still moved into the receiver. Also, the length of the post is just too short. The white ebike has a shorter frame than the XP 3.0. Since it's shorter, the maximum height of the seat with the Zoom post is too low. I'm sending the post back and reverting to the original posts. But the seat is a winner and we're good with the new cushy seats.
Hilarious shopping channel skit 😂 Spoke spanner for adjusting sprockets 😂😂 Bike helmets for safety, then tells a random story about shoulder injury 😂😂😂 This here’s like a Allen type thing 😂😂😂😂 There’s probably more Jem’s in this video, but I had to stop before my sides split😜
With the saddle bags we have on ours, by punching out the fabric so the mounts are exposed, a basket can rest on top, then you can get creative and think of ways to latch it down. I know when we were discussing we were thinking about quick release latches that would climb to the mounting hardware and keep the basket in place. Then when you were ready to take it off it would just be a quick release. There is not set way to do it yet so you'll have to get creative. If we figure out a way we'll be sure to share :)
I’m sure a hundred viewers commented on the seat post braze ons. I’m going to be a hundred and one. They are meant for a bike lock mount. However, the cable or folding locks that mount like that, in my opinion, are next to useless. A thug with a pair of bolt cutters, can have your bike gone in ten seconds. And it’s an inconvenient spot for a bottle holder. As for a lock, I bought a heavy duty Kryptonite chain lock that’s at least 14mm thick. Nobody is stealing my bike.
Hello Gary, We have fixed a flat many times with this kit. The only other thing we bought was another assortment of patches. I am sure there is better kits out there but this has served us well so far. Thanks for watching.
Having owned Lectric Ebike, it's simple. Lectric good starter Ebike after that, replace everything. Prices are dropping, with other companies making Lectric just "OK" at best. And Lectric, take that Slime crap out of your tires, there are better sealants.

I added blinkers front and rear and I love them. I also added an alarm that works great.

Have the C9 and shock post. Both work beautiful together.
I just got the XP Lite, now I'm getting another one soon.
I keep my mirror under the handlebar because I can see three lanes of traffic with no blind spots

I have the panniers in black. Love it. I have almost everything you suggested.
I like your improvising to make accessories work better.
Thanks so much!
I dig this channel, simple and good info. Thanks!
Hey, thanks so much. We appreciate your comment. We really enjoy mixing it up and just having a good time making some father and son videos together:)
Hilarious shopping channel skit 😂
Spoke spanner for adjusting sprockets 😂😂
Bike helmets for safety, then tells a random story about shoulder injury 😂😂😂
This here’s like a Allen type thing 😂😂😂😂
There’s probably more Jem’s in this video, but I had to stop before my sides split😜
Great channel. So many good tips and info. The pannier bag is def. something I’d be interested in. New Ebike = more gear lol
Thank you so much for the comment. The bikes are fantastic and the accessories are for sure a must.
I got a phone bag with plastic window and put a solar charger 👍☀️
Consider adding detachable pedals. Simply remove one pedal to stop thief from peddling away.
Nice job guys. I bought the seat.
Deffinately a game changer!
What kind of lock do you use for you bike?
We use a bike U-lock with the thick cable and it works great. It is even big enough to lock up 3 bikes. Here is a link amzn.to/493bjz4
Good stuff !!
I put a Suntour suspension seatpost on my GEN3 STRIDE. I thought you shouldn't ride with the key in the battery.
You need the key in to be able to power on the unit. But maybe they updated it since then. When in doubt, head to the owners manual:)
yep, the lectric bikes don't align the water bottle holes. My xp 2.0 stepthru had the same issue.
Very cool y’all looking sharp
Thank you very much! Love these bikes:)

How would you mount a quick release basket on the rear of the bike
With the saddle bags we have on ours, by punching out the fabric so the mounts are exposed, a basket can rest on top, then you can get creative and think of ways to latch it down. the suspension post, what size did you get and did you need to get a sleeve for it?
We ordered the 31.6 mm one and it's worked great with no additional parts needed.
Check your bikes website. The seat post width will be there.
Tightens sprockets or spokes?
I got confused by that too, when I was searching for it Online 😂
I’m sure a hundred viewers commented on the seat post braze ons. I’m going to be a hundred and one. They are meant for a bike lock mount. Kryptonite chain! That's so heavy duty even Superman couldn't steal your bike. Thanks for the comment.
@@Jimmy2Tech That's because superman is a pansy. Men in tights, they either fly with a cape or catch a ball for millions. 🤣
Need a 24 Oz coffee mug holder
found that on my bike the seat post had to be tighten too.
Where can I buy the bike?
Should be a link I the description or you can always search for Letric ebikes.
What size suspension seat post for your lectric 2.0 When you hit the Link there are several sizes
Hello Nancy,
We ordered the 31.6mm one and it still is working great for us. Thanks for watching.
You need to check the manufacturers website for seat post size. Don’t just buy blind. They are all different sizes.
Do you honestly think that you could fix a flat tire with the toolkit you recommend in this video?
Hello Gary,
We have fixed a flat many times with this kit. The only other thing we bought was another assortment of patches. I am sure there is better kits out there but this has served us well so far. Thanks for watching.
how do I order???
I have links in the video descriptio for the items used. If there is something else that I don't have listed, please let me know.
These are just normal things you'd have on any bike? Not ebike specific ?
If your bike has the ability to strap on those saddle bags then sure, all of these would be great must haves for a traditional bike :)

Am I hearing right? Did he just explain what a pump does? Lol.
Maybe a bit too simplistic.
I'm sorry guys whenever you put mirrors on a bike you should put them on both sides or it kind of looks stupid
Dude’s……..get yourself a first aid ⛑ kit you guys ride far from home thing’s happens protect yourself
For sure! Great idea:)
