- The body kick (and especially the left body kick when facing orthodox fighters) in Muay Thai is a high scoring technique and one that can end a fight when executed in the correct way 🔥🥋🤯
One such individual who knows this all too well is the outstanding Muay Thai world champion, All Powers Gym head instructor and world renowned striking coach Panicos Yusuf. Here, in action when he visited me at my gym in Manchester (ably assisted by the equally brilliant Stevie Guest) last year, as he goes over some essential details when helping fighters perfect their switch lead kick.
If you want to check out more of Pan’s phenomenal coaching, visit www.warriorcollective.co.uk to learn more about all of his amazing full length instructional volumes on the Warrior Marketplace!!
They are all available to download or stream NOW!
Pan will be back at my gym hosting what will no doubt be another outstanding seminar on Saturday 1st June. Visit www.warriorcollective.co.uk to learn more and/or to book yourself a space.
Grab yourself some copies, book a space on the seminar and then make sure you smash the follow button on Pan, Stevie and All Powers today for a continued daily dose of striking awesomeness 😍😍🤯🤯🔥🔥

my new alarm sound. Also excellent training. 👏🏼
How did you set the alarm?
Jonathan Haggerty uses that telegraphed switch kick and he does it effectively. He use that telegraphing to fake a high teep. Ofcourse it is high level feinting and it's hard to master that technique
Thank uuuu. Finally someone explained the mechanics and the common mistake why so many have trouble transferring power into the switch. Now I can work on correct that kick.
Now THATS some good advice
Solid Instruction
Brilliant video. Thank you, Sir!
Very valuable advice, thanks
thnx bro❤❤
Nice
Another way to hide it for any one curious ive found that works very well is to switch stances a couple of times to hide the set ups of not switching kicking but steping forward with the rear leg and kicking like that instead of the sudden switch hop to kick
This.
Love it! Great advice. Thank you 🙏🏼 for sharing.
Great explanation. Another tendency beginners have when switching is spreading your legs too far.
Place a static object behind your rear foot before switching, after switching your new rear foot should never pass the object.
This is gold!!!!!
Good video thanks
Makes perfect sense !! Thanks pal
Thank you!

Where's the turning of the hips?
Omg, tekken?
And street fighter
Stop switching and just step out with the right foot, then there's the kick. No telegraph.
