- In this match up I went up against an elite opponent online in the most spectacular match up I have seen yet but sadly it was ruined by a glitch!

Yeah it seems like they really still struggle with the online. If you could see a recording from your opponent's side, I'm guessing he probably saw the reverse of what you were seeing: your hands down and him teeing off on you, with him wondering why you weren't blocking. Then by the time it syncs up, it gives you the damage you sustained there, and you go down. I imagine it's a much better experience in single player, but obviously that's not as fun as playing against live opponents.
I agree still work to be done but it's a fun game even with the glitches

Aye if he went to the body with Wilder more like the jab to the body followed by the jab stepping out he would've hurt him more, and I'm glad the fixed Wilders Philly she'll bc he definitely doesn't use that in real life
@Royalword233 facts at this point I feel like a pushover buying this game homie like how fair is it PS4 players even PS5 players can't even test or play the game man, now the PC and Xbox or Microsoft have played it so much if they even have cross platform they have already experienced it. We wouldn't have a chance, not everyone can afford a 500$ PS5 or Xbox series S aka PC. I pay bills man lolol I mean sure I can go buy it yo but I still love my PS4 too even though I do plan on upgradin to the 5 this year
I’m really hoping this game starts heading in the right direction. I was pretty excited to hear JxShepp is joining the team. I will try and keep positive. This most recent update left me with a bad taste but I’ll revisit next update.
I was looking forward to this game as it looked awesome during the run-up to the release, but will wait until some of these serious issues are rectified.
Desync is the worst thing ever in this game, I noticed it all the way through that fight. Those times where he has his guard down and just moving around, he's throwing on his screen. Delightful new feature of the update
Yep that's exactly what it was. Crazy thing is that guy probably was swinging and fighting the whole time on his end and Ricky J was the one who wasn't moving on his screen. This game is broken even worse since the big daddy update.
whats crazy about wilder is he could've been alot better if he started boxing at a younger age, he wouldve developed the key basics to be a better boxer than he is today. thats the crazy potential he missed out on
I disagree. He got to where he is because he's so unorthodox. Only one guy has solved the problem. But, even he didn't come out those fights unscathed.
Wow, that was bizarre. It looked like something was wrong on his end because you were teeing off on his head and he didn’t appear to be dodging, blocking or throwing anything back then you suddenly went down without getting touched.

I actually had forgot all about this game but unfortunately it still seems like its not in a releasable state..punches still look stiff and the fact that online play is not correct and has these type of issues to me is a deal breaker 🤷🏽♂️

I think the problem with the animation is the legs.
Yes their knees are bent. But no, they don’t USE their legs to punch. Makes it feel stiff even though the hook trajectories are textbook
Or their hips for that matter. The hip turn looks like a result from a swing. Rather than using the hip for torque on the punch
Man It sounds like they really improved the Commentary in the game as well. It will probably never be on the level of Fight Night Champion but it sounds like it has improved and they have further to go.

they made Fury so unreasonably overpowered in this game that he can knock you out with thoughts. The guy is listed as fast as Usyk(which he isn't) and with more knockout power than Wilder(also laughable)

That's not desync, that's a new realistic feature called Delayed Knockdowns, its when a fighter is punched hard but they don't feel it until seconds later when the adrenaline wears off, lol.

You have to stop swinging for the fences and throw more calculated shots. That way you won't run so low on stamina.
Would be great if you can have a realistic camera angle, like a TV camera mode. Would feel more realistic

i really cant stand the power punches and the right hooks on the inside like wtf. The hook gets nerfed like crazy and the heavy shots do this wind up thats ridiculous.
When you went down for the KO, at first it looked like a headbutt from opponent. But then a delay before you flopped...I mean...KO'd. Hope they fix the glitches. No way you went down both times.

They absolutely need to decrease your stamina when you're stunned and keep moving backwards. When you're stunned you're not alert enough to shuffle out of range.
Where is the damage to the face like swollen eyes, cuts, blood. All I see is both Fighters head hunting like crazy you would think somebody would be cut real bad and bleeding and both Fighters are knocking each other down I see the game still broken. I bet no one will talk about all of the negative things

Never played the game, but I am pretty sure when stunned, you continued to fail at cutting off the ring and more or less just chased him in a circle the whole time. Try moving left instead of going straight at him
