My oldest sister listened to Elvis back in the early 60's and thats when i fell in Love with Elvis when i was only 4 yrs old! Beautiful voice noone could ever match!❤❤❤❤
I've been married to my very first girlfriend/high school sweetheart since 1976!...This was OUR wedding song!!!...Everyone thought we were crazy, who the hell ever heard of this, but yes, one of E's best!
All these years and today I finally find out who played the amazing guitar parts. Man what a player Tommy was. I learned how to play the intro a few years back.
The endearing way his costars gazed at him was so not acting! I've never seen this film or heard this beautiful song before.. Thank you so much for sharing! #TCB ⚡👌
The lovely quality trait about Diane McBain was that she personally answered all her fan mail, accompanied by a signed photo. I did inquire about her romance with Elvis, but she rubbished rumours. She stated "We all love Elvis as a person, but to say that I was in love with him, like a lot of other girls were, is truly asinine". I still can't wrap my mind around the fact that she has left us forever. Rest in peace, dear girl!!!
Beautiful sound voice and movie ! Did Elvis ever get a award for best Musical ??? Love this movie one of my favorites of Elvis movies ! Great actors too in movie talented too!🎶❤🌹👍
Elvis would have been the best Danny Zuko in "Grease". Damn, if it wasn't written 10 to 15 years earlier, perhaps Elvis could have gotten a great script.

I feel sad when I see this video thinking about the once beautiful Diane McBain. She kept in touch with me during the years 1967-69 by letter. During the making of Spinout, Diane had contracted the flu and she confessed that her mind was off somewhere else. In 1969, when she had returned from Tennessee where she made The Delta Factor, she confessed to me that "business was bad". She went on to say "I thought that this was the land of make believe, but under the make believe are problems, so real and so serious that I'm not sure the game is worth the candle. I have found out a few things about this town, and if it comes to the case of me losing my identity, I would refer forfeit my career. The glamour route is confusing, I've had it". That was the last I heard from Diane. Oh yes, with all her letters was an autographed picture from sittings she had done at the time. RIP dear girl, we will always love you!!!
@@FizzVizard they made money because Elvis was starring in them. They were terrible films. I'm massive Elvis fan and those movies are boring. Maybe a couple were okay like love me tender. Other than a few they were all the same. Even Elvis would tell you that today if he were still with us.

What a beautiful Ballad....forgot about this song until I heard it recently....I know its from the movie " Spinout" but I wondered what LP it is on? ......luv, luv, luv.......xo
one trick Billboard magazine used to do after the Beatles arrived was to split EP's record sales between the A side and the B side.....virtually all of his single releases in the 1960s after the Beatles appeared still sold between 1/2 million and 1 million copies.....but by giving 1/2 that total to each of the 2 songs on the record, Billboard caused those 2 side to chart MUCH lower than the A side would have charted if it was credited with all the sales....for example, "All That I Am" got up to only about #33 because half the sales of the single were credited to the flip side, "Spinout"....if all of the 500,000+ copies the record sold had been credited to just one of the songs, it certainly would have been in the top 20, probably around #15 or 16....this tactic made all his later 1960s records seem like lesser hits that they actually were....this also cut down on the airplay his records got, due to lower chart position....but that all changed for the better in late 1968!
The woman in the tent at the end who says "Hey, knock it off, somebody's trying to sleep" sounds like the son of a bitch ex neighbour who occasionally lashes out at everybody around him when he's been accidentally woken up by them. His words are different and much more impolite. Furthermore, I am really glad to get away from that nasty piece of work. An excellent song from the greatest artist to enter this miserable world, he had to unfairly settle for a UK No.18 back in Autumn 1966.
My younger sister introduced me to Elvis .. and I still listen in 2024 ❤
I did the same with my sister and we still 💕 him and 4 ever 😊
Same here after watching Girl Happy 😊 back in the 60,s !

Should have been a big hit, great vocal on such a romantic song.
Yes, it was a Top 40 hit, but could have been Top 10.
Always loved this song. I also love the guitar work by Tommy Tedesco.
